Way too complex for home use.

Customer service doesn't exist - I have emailed them twice and they have never replied.
I have tried to understand how to use this machine but it's so complicated and the manual is also impossible to follow... Too many parameters to nagivate for a home-use product. I gave up and it's been sitting in a drawer and nobody is using it.

Easy process

Ordering off the website was easy. My acupuncturist recommended that I get one and she helped me to select the right one for me. It arrived quickly and I only received it yesterday and have used it 4 times already. Love it!

TENS machine is fantastic

TENS machine is fantastic. I bought it for my piriformis muscle, and the relief was almost immediate. The pads stick well, the controls are intuitive, and it really helps dial down the discomfort. Very happy with this purchase!

This machine is awesome. We got it to use on our dog and she loves having her tens therapy.

Honestly this has saved me thousands of…

Honestly this has saved me thousands of of dollars going to see physio, chiropractic and massage therapist, I control the speed and pressure I want and it has helped immensely with a fair amount of nerve pain. It hasn’t completely gone away but it does give me relief and relaxation whilst I’m using it. I have never known a product to be this reliable for how compact it is, I rave about this all the time. A friend lent me hers and I had no idea what a tems machine was and then when she lent it too me I was blown away at how good it works. So I ordered one. Best little buy I’ve made. 0 regrets.

Delivery was great, unit seems good quality with good selection of electrodes and packaging very nice - could do with a more comprehensive and instructive user manual.

Great communication and prompt delivery

Great communication via email after ordering with links to how to use the product. Very prompt delivery with tracking. I’m very happy with the product MH8000P as well!
