Buyer BEWARE!!
Stay away from tequipment!!
I've been lied to for 3 months now...
My order was suppose to ship on certain dates every time i call in and no shipment was made!!
Every time i called there's an excuse for why my soldering iron didn't ship!!
Now the excuse is the vendor doesnt have the soldering iron which is a lie!!
Tequipment showed it on their website as in stock and available and now still no shipment!!
It's one excuse after another so this morning 4-1-24 i told them to cancel my order and i'll find it elsewhere!!
Stay away from tequipment!!

Prices are great. Ships fairly quickly (not always same day so don't count on it)

My problems begin when I wanted to cancel an order. They said they couldn't cancel and to go through the RMA process.

Now, 7 days later, I'm still waiting on an RMA authorization to return the item!

Additionally, I ordered another piece of equipment. It arrived and I had found that it had already been opened and used. There were items in the box that were not supposed to be there.

Now I need to painfully wait to return this one as well as who knows what's wrong with it.

Hopefully you have better luck than me!

The transaction was very smooth. We placed the order on 1/30, and it got shipped within 24 hours. The tracking number is also readily available on the Invoice they sent us, making it easy to monitor our order.

i bought items from this website said it was in stock. 5 days go by they stated it wasn't in stock when it showed 20 in stock. The csr on the chat said we will send it on feb 14 2024 and remind you i bought this on January 27 2024. I said fine ill wait for two weeks. Come the 14th it havent been processed. Chatted with csr through chat and he said that the card declined. Now why would you attempt to access payment on February 12 when it was initially paid on January 27th.
1) it stated it was in stock
2) it was purchased on the day it was in stock why would you try to access money 2 weeks after purchase
3)if its not in stock you have to wait for the day they are in stock and you would have to wait for the process and delivery time

If it takes weeks to get an item thats 5-10$ less than the legit place to buy it dont waste your time with this place especially trying to access your money the second time.

1st time order and they walked me right through the process.

TEquipment is a poorly and terrible company that does not care about its customers.

In my case, they accepted my order despite many e-mail for the past six months nobody bother to inform me of the delivery until today 13th Dec 2023
The support team and outstanding order team stopped replying to my e-mail after receiving my payment
All this while they keep informing on the delivery date and the date of delivery they informed me that the goods have been delay
This is the six times they have been informing of the delay
Nobody at TE Equipment reply to my e-mail

It took them 3 business days to ship a product they said was in stock. Yet, when using the live chat feature, they told me multiple times that it wasn't actually in stock. I tried calling, but the phone center was even more useless than the online chat.

Don't bother ordering from them.

TEquipment is a poorly run company that does not care about its customers.

In my case, they accepted my order without indicating that the item was not in stock and did not provide a lead time. I start to question what is going on with my order, so I call a week later and request a lead time. They leave a message and only state why they don't have a lead time and don't do any additional effort to determine it. There is no followup, so I call back a week later for an update. They explain the shipment will not go out for another two weeks at which point, I requested to cancel the order. They accept my cancellation over the phone verbally, but do not send a confirmation of cancellation even after asking about it. Despite my call and reassurance of the cancellation, a few days later, they ship the item and send me a tracking number. I call to indicate I am traveling for the holidays and there is no one to receive the shipment and or return the item. They don't care and restate they are not able to return the packge for me. Additionally, they refuse to reroute the shipment back to their facility due to a "company policy".

I can understand mistakes happen, but a good company would own up to them. They don't care to have repeat business. They are a low cost supplier that will burn you, if there are any issues with your order. Don't expect your order to come on time or problems to get resolved by TEquipment.

Great customer service. Really nice people to work with. Great products.

I had a special need for the smart phone FLIR to take heat temperature readings from a cell tower 5G triangular structure. The FLIR uses blue tooth connection to the smart phone. The two images from clamp on FLIR provide higher resolution than what IR provides alone, allowing professional looking presentation of data photos taken. It combines IR with high resolution camera imagery. Lots of flexibility with easy to learn interfaces.
The trained technicians are very familiar with the product and guided me into a great choice.

AFTER I was done with the device, I showed my brother, who said his boss bought an older version which only interfaced with iPhone, and so my brother could not use it. So I got double use out of my investment.

We are a new customer of TEquipment and we are so impressed with their efficiency and helpfulness. So happy we added them to our list of preferred vendors.

I was able to get the quotes that I needed quickly so I could make my equipment decision. I found that I needed the equipment quicker than expected and their prompt service got it to me in just a few days from when I started looking. The price was great as well.

I ordered something and they say it shipped but nothing ever came to my home I have cameras and have looked everyday and nothing was delivered then when I emailed they said no refund and would not resend it...they are a scam and ripping ppl off they know damn well they never sent sh*tand I will be reporting them and letting everyone I know in HVAC plumbing and electrical to never use this place my dad has owned his HVAC business for all my life and I will make sure he and everyone he knows don't ever shop here and will tell everyone they can...they are not professional at all and refused to help and that's just really shi**y...but it's ok cause they have lost a lot of business and I will make sure ppl know about this scam

When I want order Pace (equipment or parts) I don't hesitate to use Tequipment. The people I've spoken with are knowledgeable and super easy to work with.

And their pricing is somewhat better than on other web sites.

I will likely order through/from Tequipment in the future.

I appreciate the communication they had with me so i could get what i ordered.

I needed to purchase a Fluke DSX2-8000QI and have it in my possession within 2 weeks. They were very helpful. Had the item. Shipped it almost immediately and had it to me in the timeframe I needed (all the other suppliers I contacted had long lead times). The people on the phone, especially Dan, were very friendly and helpful.
