I would definitely recommend Richard to friends and contacts going forward. He responded to my initial enquiry promptly and his communication throughout the whole process was excellent. He explained the various points in my report very clearly and answered any questions I had in layman’s terms. Can’t fault the service.

Fantastic from start to finish.

Rich from Terrace Surveyors was fantastic when we had our house surveyed.

He was efficient, his communication was superb and quite honestly, he broke down all the details for me in a language that I understood and was always happy to answer any questions I had regarding the survey/property itself.

The level of service was fantastic and it’s safe to say, Rich has got a client for life.
