As a mum who knew absolutely nothing about Pokémon but is trying to learn so I can support my daughter, Jason has been incredible. He took the time to explain things, answer my endless questions and shared so much knowledge without ever making me feel out of my depth.

Not only did he help me understand what I was buying, He also gave my daughter, some freebies to help kick-start her collection, which absolutely made her day.

It’s rare to find someone so passionate, patient and genuinely helpful. The products were great, the advice was priceless and the customer service was second to none.

Always nervous about using new companies, and this was no different.

I ordered a booster box (I keep them as part of my sealed collection and rip all other products). The box I ordered had a rip in so I asked for a refund/return.

This was accepted and have been great with communication all the way through.

Went the Extra Mile

Despite ordering after their last guaranteed postage date for Christmas (my mistake) they not only got it out in time but they also threw in extra cards, so thank you all very much.

Was a lovely bit of Christmas magic but more importantly fantastic customer service. These guys will be my new go-to whenever possible.

Not being familiar with pokemon (I was buying a present for my daughter) I thought I had an incorrect order, but my query was dealt with straight away in a quick and friendly manner - and in fact I had a better gift than I had ordered so THANK YOU very much. The customer service really is excellent.

Each time I've ordered in the past has always been flawless experience and great prices non of this skyrocketed prices you get with some shops and pokemon cards these days. Managed to pick up a venusaur premium collection arrived quickly and securely packaged and even managed to pull the mewtwo special illustration rare which was a bonus. Highly recommend using terror TCG and they always make sure they avoid bots snagging all the items.
