Spoke with Aeron Jones great to talk too had all the answers to my questions well spoken a pleasure to talk too great company would highly recommend.

I had been looking to switch my health insurance to refocus my benefits and bring down my premiums. Adam Barbosa from Tessa Alliance calmly and clearly took me through a discussion of my needs and my options. His experience and knowledge of the benefits of each company was invaluable and quickly narrowed down the best option for me at a price significantly below my current premiums.

The process for renewal of my insurance was well handled. Their representative, Zain, had knowledgeable and affable approach which made the process easy and straightforward.

We are overall very pleased with the service but await to see if that remains AFTER the policy starts- the telling fact .
However Adam Barbosa was extremely helpful knowledgeable assertive and professional throughout our interaction

If you are looking for a company to help you journey through the health insurance world do not go any further. Aaron Jones from Tessa Alliance guided me through the changeover from my old cover which had become ridiculously expensive. Aaron found me a new policy, i have signed up. No pushiness, extremely patient, explained simply and 50% less than my old policy.

Zain was superb at understanding our health requirements and then mapping this into the best provider at the best price. Great service.

Arron at Tessa Alliance was a great Broker for Health Insurance. Very knowledgeable, clear explanations and support for me in choosing the right insurance for my individual needs. I was very impressed with the company ethos and service they provide.

Aaron had a quality understanding of the implications of changing health insurer. He phoned as promised, and gave me appropriate times to consider the information provided. He was able to make a recommendation with sound reasoning. I will save a considerable amount of money by changing and lose little in terms of cover.

Aaron was attentive and responsive in assessing our situation with health insurance - not only did he come up with a solution (BUPA) which saved us over £150 from our existing provider (AXA), we lost barely any cover at all, and it's probably a better solution.

Aaron Jones, clearly outlined the benefits and also advised on the limitations of our private health cover with The Exeter, so that my partner and I could make an informed decision.
