The thought of changing providers had stopped me doing so earlier, because of the hassle involved. However, from the first contact with Aaron, I knew this wouldn't be the case with Tessa Alliance. Aaron was polite, helpful, explained everything very clearly in great detail, and, above all, was very patient. He found a much better policy than my old one at just over a quarter of the price I was paying.

Assisted today by Adam Barbosa and was able to get a good reduction on my policy, as I had just received my quote today from my current insurer. Adam ensured I got a policy that provides me the same level of cover at a better price so very happy with that. Adam took time to go over everything to ensure I was happy. I was wanting to get a comparison on Medical Insurance's and found Tessa Alliance. Aaron Jones went through what I was looking for as I had been with a company who’s price increases were getting out of hand. Aaron came back to me with 3 alternatives that met my personal needs. Explaining each one very professionally and in great detail. No selling pitch. I have now got the exact policy I was hoping to find. A big thank you to Aaron and his company and the plus is they will always be at the end of phone to answer questions and go through my policy next year.

Continuously calling to try & sell health insurance - very annoying

Also note that these calls came from many different geographical regions/STD codes - you block one number & another is used - typical of the dodgy practices by scammers & spammers who just pass your number on to the next "salesperson"

I had a fantastic experience speaking with Zain Rameez. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain every detail of the policy and health cover options available to me. I especially appreciated his patience and professionalism; I missed his first few calls due to being busy, but he was persistent and followed up several times to ensure I got the information I needed. I had health insurance with Bupa for over 10 years but their price was hitting the roof for myself to cope with..So desperation I tried to find a new health insurer. Firstly I had text to say the company was going to call me Then the person called was Aaron Jones .He was polite and very knowledgeable. He made me feel very ease and explained everything in details of all my opinions and choices are available. He never pressured me and answered my questions slowly . Now i can’t wait to transfer from Bupa to happen and the price is affordable .
