KUDOS to the Testers Community for an outstanding offering: extremely easy testers setup on the Google side, the engagement of double the required dedicated testers for longer than the required time, great advice, insights, the efficient handling of the testing process and a fantastic website (professional, inviting and well-architected UI, with a beautiful dashboard to track progress and very easy navigation).
The team has been reliable, friendly, highly supportive and responsive. Their detailed feedback reports for my niche reference app, reflected the expertise, depth and breadth of knowledge that they commanded, and provided the guidance to improve the app and fulfill Google's high quality standards.

Going down this road, initially, caused me a little anxiety, but now that it's over, I know that it was totally misplaced. The process was straightforward, and any questions I had were addressed (albeit a bit slowly). This was way easier than trying to find 20 friends/family with Android devices for testing, so by that definition, the price was very reasonable.

Simply deliver what they promise only surprise is they don't have tablets and only test apps on mobiles so if your app supports tablets or supports tablets only you don’t get feedback but my ultimate goal was to pass the 14 days. Which I got

Everything was great. Testing wasn't just mindless clicking by a group of trained monkeys, but a complete immersion in the app. The information I received during testing was tailored and personalized, not copy-and-paste. I'm incredibly impressed.
