Helped restore what was missing

I had been using Testoprime for several months but then thought it might not be doing anything for me. I then stopped for about 4 months and noticed something missing. Within a week of using it again, I felt like I should.

It took approximately one month but it arrived as you promised me . Couldn't change my previous negative feedback about the late delivery thus I'm sending a new positive one ...

Waste of money and lies

I already reached them on the webpage and also by mail, and they always said the same, that they can’t refund me because the bottles are not sealed. Here are the orders:

They told me the following by mail:
“ According to our website, if you’re among the small group of men (less than 2%) who do not experience positive results from increased testosterone, you are eligible for a refund. We offer a lifetime guarantee where you can return your order for a full refund. However, to qualify for this guarantee, all sealed bottles must be returned.”
Again, the only way that they refund you is for sealed bottles, so you can’t try the product, so technically they are promoting something that they can’t do, they promote lifetime guarantee and refund if you are not happy with the results, but only if you don’t open the bottles. That’s the trick and it doesn’t make any sense at all. Because again, TESTOPRIME people, yes I can show my labs and my T levels are worse than the last year, so your product doesn’t work, and I’m part of that big group of people who’s not happy with the results and feels uncomfortable buying for a company that only promotes using lies.

Our products are made from completely natural ingredients, so the results and the time it takes to see those results can vary from person to person. According to our refund policy, to be eligible for a refund, you must first take the product as directed for 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it for a 100% refund of your purchase price, less shipping & handling, if applicable. However, we can only refund a maximum of one opened bottle unless there is a defect or the product was received damaged and unsealed.

Having checked, it appears that there are no sealed bottles remaining with your orders. As such, we processed a refund for one opened bottle on August 20. I hope this helps address some of your concerns.

The product started making sick(nausea)…

The product started making sick(nausea) after a week and a half. Yes I was talking EXACTLY as recommended on the label. The worst part was trying to get my subscription cancelled and refund for second bottle that was sent AFTER I had made several attempts to cancel. I would not recommend this product or business with this company.

Waste of money

I’m 37, I. have been using Testoprime for almost a year, I had 4 pills every single day according the directions on the bottle, and I was comfortable thinking that they offer lifetime warranty if you are not happy with the results. Well, I had a Testosterone free and testosterone total labs the last year (2023) on march, I started with testoprime like an option to boost my T level, but SURPRISE! I just had the same tests few days ago (08/2024)and my T levels are lower than the last year. I reached them and they said that even If I’m not happy with the results they can’t refund me because I don’t have the unsealed bottles (so, how they expect you to try the product without opening the bottles?). I just realized that nobody applies to that return policy and they just don’t accept that their product is trash and don’t work at all. Don’t buy this, the return policy is fake and the product is a waste of money.

My order was not sent after my purchase. I got on live chat and asked for rush delivery since it was your mistake. The response I received was we will do the best we can. This is unacceptable after ordering this product for over a year. I ordered 4 days ago and still have not received shipping info.

Careful of the expiration date

I fell for the upsell and bought a 6-month supply, but all product expires January 2025. Not enough days left in the year for me to consume all the product before it goes bad.

Waste of money

Gave this product 90 days with absolutely zero improvements to my testosterone levels, sleep quality, or anything else they claim.
7/29: Sent additional requested information but they have already denied my request for a refund, saying I didn't meet their requirements.

I started taking the real "TestoPrime"…

I started taking the real "TestoPrime" i think about two years ago. Not the fake stuff on Amazon smh worst mistake buying that. I'm a 38y/o widowed, single father, raising our (14y/o son & 9y/o daughter, while at the same time going back to school.
Struggling to do everything TestoPrime is one of the few things a buy for my self, everything else I put into my kids sports and school. Together they play 10 or so sports, so anytime I'm not at school or the gym, I'm at sports.
I absolutely believe TestoPrime gave me the strength and energy to keep up with my crazy life since my wife passed away in 2020. I am in the best shape of my life one month out from being 39. 3-4 years ago I was 60lbs heavier with no muscle and struggled to keep up with my kids. Now I run circle around them.

Horrible customer service

I wish I would have read customer reviews before ordering this product. Like many of the other reviews, I too was sent 5 bottles of PhenQ instead of TestoPrime. I sent them an email with a picture. The automatic response said they would be in touch within 24 hours. 2 days had past without a response so I called them directly. I was told that the 5 bottles of TestoPrime would be sent and that the order would be expedited. 5 days had past with no correspondence. I called again and was told that it was still in processing. I canceled the order and asked for a full refund. I ordered the product on July 4 and asked for a full refund on July 22. That is how long I have been waiting to receive what I originally ordered. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

68 Years Old - Feeling Great

Wrong item now I have to pay to ship it back

As others have state I got sent the wrong package 5 bottles Phen q instead of Testo Prime. Sent pics as requested then took a week to get settled, now I have to pay to ship back overseas along with having to wait til they get it back before they shipped my product I bought weeks ago. I paid almost $200 which I've asked for a full refund because this is unexceptable business practice. Of course the person I am speaking to completely ignores I have asked for a refund.

They sent me the completely wrong item…

They sent me the completely wrong item sent five bottles of a high dose caffeine diet pills. Contacted customer service which is a joke sent them the pictures of the incorrect items then they told me I had to pay for return shipping to get my correct stuff when their company made the mistake. Having to open a dispute with my bank which I will win I have already showed the bank the evidence of the wrong item and they are definitely on my side
