After reviewing your order, certain items were not eligible for full payout due to short expiration dates, which fall outside our acceptance guidelines. Because of this, those items were not accepted at full value, which impacted the total payment issued.
Our evaluation is always based on the condition and eligibility of items received at the time of intake. If you would like, we are happy to review your order details with you directly to go over the breakdown.

To clarify a few points:

We are able to provide additional shipping boxes upon request for future submissions. However, once items are received and processed, we do not return products that are not accepted, as outlined in our terms prior to shipment.

Regarding your most recent order, we have not yet received it at our facility. Once it arrives, it will be processed in line with our standard review process.
