Returns, additional order

1. Love the service,but why could I not get back the products that you did not purchase,
2. I sent another order with 3 items brand new as well,please send back any items that are not purchased,

To clarify a few points:

We are able to provide additional shipping boxes upon request for future submissions. However, once items are received and processed, we do not return products that are not accepted, as outlined in our terms prior to shipment.

Regarding your most recent order, we have not yet received it at our facility. Once it arrives, it will be processed in line with our standard review process.

If you have any further questions or need assistance requesting a new box, our support team is happy to help.

All accepted items and payout rates are listed on our website prior to submission so customers can review expected values in advance. In cases where items do not meet condition or eligibility standards, adjustments may be made accordingly.

The items sent were not the standard product tied to the higher payout rate, which is why they were processed at a different value. Test Strip Buyers even returned my Omnipod 5 boxes after a manufacturer recall was announced post‑shipment, despite having already issued payment. That level of integrity is rare in this industry.
