Simple query expertly dealt with
I had a query relating to how to send the samples back. I was under the impression that once the submission forms had been received via email a sample kit bag would be sent through the post. I went on live chat and spoke with Kai who explained that the customer just sends the samples of hair in a clear bag provided from home. Kai was extremely quick to respond and gave me very clear and concise instructions. Thank you Kai, very helpful indeed.

Worth a try. Very impressed.
Was sceptical but results came back showing all I had suspected. All from a hair sample, not blood test required. Couldn't get the GP to test for gluten at all. Have recommended you to several friends.

Very inaccurate
Very inaccurate, said I had a 100% thyroid imbalance which led me to get an actual blood test which came back perfect. While I was there I told the nurse and they could not believe that a hair test could find half of the things it said it did

Hair does not show intolerances
Everything this company said I was intolerant to so happened to be the main food items I’d eaten the past month.
