I had a problem activating my test…
I had a problem activating my test online before submission.
The online chat with “Angel” who activated the test for me was an excellent result.
Hopefully the rest of the experience will be as good.

A complete waste of money …
A complete waste of money …. So many stupid “results “ from such things as “shrubs” and other vague things the whole test was rendered useless…. Definitely not for the uk market as we don’t encounter many of the things tested for …. Don’t bother wasting your time!

Not worth it!
What a con. Results were almost identical to 2 other people I know of who took the same test, and it didn’t show up an intolerance that I know I do have. Also took a ridiculously long time to say they’d got the sample, even though they advertise ‘fast results’. What they don’t make clear is that they’ll wait til at least 2 weeks after you’ve sent it, before they say they’ve got it (the address wasn’t too far from us, and Royal Mail aren’t THAT slow!) and then you get “fast results”

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused by the delays. We understand how important accurate results and clear communication are. While hair testing can indicate sensitivities, it may not detect every intolerance, as individual responses vary.
Regarding shipping and processing times, please note that we do not hold your sample for two weeks, as logistically that would make no sense for us to do. The quicker we can get your sample processed the quicker we will be able to release your results. Unfortunately, we are dependent on the post or your chosen method of sending your sample in to us. Our Fast Track service is only applied after receiving your sample. We cant speak for how slow the Royal Mail is, we can only process when the samples make it to our lab.
If you’d like, please reach out to our team with your order details so we can review your case and ensure any concerns are addressed.

Ordered test June, mailed sample off never heard anything. Chased they say they hadn’t received it so sent another test, mailed that off mid July still not heard anything. Chased last week still waiting to hear from them
