Good quality and fast delivery for a good price.

Modèle acheté Rockster.
Livraison en 1 semaine sans accros.
Je ne souhaitais pas écrire un avis juste après avoir acheté une Rockster.
Voilà 1 an d'utilisation régulière pas forcément au maximum de ses capacités mais les fois où cela a été le cas quel son et puissance incroyable.
La qualité de son et de finition est au rendez vous.
La durée de batterie, utilisé plusieurs fois, entre 4 et 6 heures.

Il prodotto è buono ma hai due gravi difetti che non erano chiari sul sito: manca di batteria ricaricabile o di un vano per batterie e non ha una antenna vera ma solo un filo che funge da antenna. Per il costo del prodotto è veramente una mancanza.
Il 30.01 Modifico il mio giudizio, perché il team di supporto della Teufel si è dimostrato interessato al mio giudizio e aòòe indicazioni che ho dato nella recensione. Bravi!

Nach dem Versuch das RADIO 3SIXTY mit meinem WLAN zu verbinden, spielte es ca. 5Sek. dann brach der Empfang ab. Ein versierter Kollege aus Luxemburg gab mir telefonisch den Rat: Neueste Software Version aufspielen, und schon läuft es! Auf meine email-Anfrage (vor dem Anruf in Luxemburg) bei: TEUFEL Support, bekam ich auch eine Woche später den gleichen Rat! Fazit: sehr guter Klang, gegenüber ALEXA - und guter Support bei TEUFEL

Ich habe Ende November eine Bestellung getätigt. Das Produkt entsprach nicht meiner Vorstellungen deswegen habe ich es per UPS zurück gesendet diese kam aber irgendwie nie bei Teufel an. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Support (Der alles andere als freundlich war) Wurde ich zur Firma Unzer verwiesen wo nur telefonische Bänder erreichbar sind. Die eine Aufzeichnung hat mich hingewiesen, dass ich mit der Firma Teufel in Kontakt treten soll. Und so ging es im Kreis herum. Da es nicht gerade eine riesige Bestellung war ( zum Glück) habe ich mich entschlossen die Rechnung mit Mahnung zu zahlen aber würde ganz klar nichts mehr bei dieser Firma bestellen.

Rapidos, muy buen producto

Ho acquistato recentemente il Kombo 11 e ne sono entusiasta. Possiede bassi profondi, e non distorce ad alti volumi. Vale sicuramente la spesa. Consigliatissimo per chi vorrebbe un mini HI-FI in salotto o altrove. E' molto semplice di utilizzo, ma soprattutto di ottima fattura di materiali. Ha tantissime funzioni.

Ho acquistato il sistema Atmos Ultima 40 e ne sono pienamente soddisfatto. Grande qualità costruttiva, attenzione ai dettagli, esperienza di acquisto e guida all'installazione. In generale traspare dai loro prodotti tanta passione per il suono e non posso che consigliarli.

I honestly have had the best costumer service experience in Germany from Teufel. They have called me back as requested. Solved my issue and were really kind while doing it.

Teufel Radio 3Sixty, radio e non solo!
Cosa dire? Per le mie necessità è un apparecchio completo, dalle stazioni radio FM, alle stazioni radio DAB (sono in una zona con un ottimo segnale), alle stazioni radio internet, per non parlare del "Music Player (caricare la libreria musicale nel solo formato mp3 su chiavetta da 64 GB è stata una fi..ta!), da Spotify e Amazon music (previa registrazione ovviamente). ....ed infine (forse) il "Bluetooth", collegamento con l'app "Teufel Remote" assolutamente da scaricare sullo smartphone, ti dà la possibilita di gestire quasi completamente in modo semplice ed intuitivo tutto quello che hai sui comandi della radio. in una parola STRAORDINARIA.
Per un'apparecchiatura di queste dimensioni il suono che ne esce l'ho trovato buono, caldo e pieno, volume eccezionale.
Infine devo spendere due parole sul rapporto con questa azienda. Alla mia richiesta di alcune informazioni tecniche dopo averla acquistata, richieste completamente esaudite, ho evidenziato la mia sfortuna nella scelta del giorno in cui ho proceduto con l'ordine in quanto, dopo solo 3 giorni, il prezzo era diminuito di 30€. Ebbene! ...a distanza di pochi giorni Teufel mi invia una mail dicendo che avrebbe provveduto al rimborso di 30€, e così e stato. Oggi come oggi penso sia quasi impossibile trovare un'azienda che adotta una politica commerciale del genere, COMPLIMENTI!
Ultima cosa, gentilezza anche nella comunicazione sia telefonica (solo inglese o tedesco) che via email.

What can I say? For my needs it is a complete device, from FM radio stations, to DAB radio stations (I am in an area with a very good signal), to internet radio stations, not to mention the "Music Player (loading the music library in mp3 format only on a 64 GB stick was a fi.. ta!), to Spotify and Amazon music (after registration of course). .... and finally (perhaps) the "Bluetooth", connection with the app "Teufel Remote" absolutely to download on the smartphone, gives you the possibility to manage almost completely in a simple and intuitive way everything you have on the radio controls, in a word EXTRAORDINARY.
For a device of this size the sound that comes out I found it good, warm and full, exceptional volume.
Finally, I have to say a few words about the relationship with this company. At my request for some technical information after purchasing it, requests completely fulfilled, I highlighted my bad luck in choosing the day I proceeded with the order because, after only 3 days, the price had decreased by 30€. Well! ... after a few days Teufel sends me an email saying that he would refund € 30, and so it was. Today I think it is almost impossible to find a company that adopts such a commercial policy, CONGRATULATIONS!
Last thing, kindness also in communication both by telephone (English or German only) and by email.

Mein Teufel Concept E stellt sich nach 20 min automatisch aus. Die Funktion kann man nicht deaktivieren. Auf Support-Nachfrage hin wurde mir erklärt, dass man mir offensichtlich ein EU Gerät gesendet hat, das irgendeine Bullshit-Vorschrift erfüllt. Kein Hinweis auf den Mangel an Funktionalitaet beim Kauf, obwohl ich nicht in der EU wohne. Schade Teufel, damit seid ihr für mich leider gestorben, die nächsten Lautsprecher kommen nicht mehr aus der EU. Das Vorgehen ist extrem intransparent und kundenfeindlich!

La cuffia, dotata di un'acustica straordinaria,per difetti non imputabili alla Teufel,si è rovinata in un tempo relativamente breve;
ho lamentato questa situazione alla società Teufel,che ha provveduto a sostituirla in un tempo breve, tra l'altro senza addebitarmi alcun costo.
Consiglio ,per la mia esperienza,per come si sono comportati,di acquistare i loro prodotti.

Good description of the items, delivery as written, easy and fast ordering. Speakers ULTIMA 40 deserve better packaging. ULTIMA 40 lived up to my expectations.

very complicated to place an order and to have it delivered to the holiday home in Portugal. I had to start five times, and was fighting with error messages for an hour and more. For example, my email is recognized in Germany, but said to be invalid in Portugal. The post code is not recognised as it has a hyphen; I had to delete the hyphen so that the system would accept. Now I hope that the order will be delivered to my address with a postal code written the wrong way, so that Teufel would accept the order.
I also had questions about buying a much larger amplifier and combining it with very high class stereo boxes; after 2 days of waiting I still have no answer,; which I would assume to take a minute or two. Maybe 3 stars is too much
