Livraison et taille
J'ai rencontré un souci avec la livraison. Le colis d'aprés le postier ne rentrait pas dans ma boite aux lettres, il n'a pas eu le reflexe de tenter de le joindre via l'interphone.
Un message vocal m'a été délivré mais sans aucune son d'appel. J'ai pu convenir d'un autre rv et mon colis a bien été déposé dans ma boite aux lettres ! Entre temps un autre rv semblait m'étre proposé la semaine suivante !!! Les chaussures taillent juste bien que j'ai prus une 1/2 pointure au dessus.

Teva Hurricane abrasive warning (and they don't care!)
I purchased a pair of Teva Hurricane XLT3 walking sandals expecting premium comfort for hiking. Instead, the recycled polyester webbing on the front toe strap is incredibly abrasive and coarse, causing severe sores within minutes of walking. It acts like sandpaper against the skin. When I tried to contact Teva directly to report the material defect, I was entirely blocked by a useless AI chatbot that replied saying they wouldn't help because I bought them from a third-party retailer. Buyer beware: The manufacturing quality of the XLT3 straps is a massive downgrade. If you buy these, prepare to carry thick blister plasters or modify the straps yourself. Terrible customer support.

I appreciated the clear graphics and ease of use of the website . The virtual try on feature was helpful to see what the sandal looked like on . It was also helpful to know immediately whether the item was in stock and to be put on a waiting list to be notified once stocks had been replenished. Extremely happy customer

Trainers not true to size
Trainers not true to size . I ordered size 7 , I normally wear 61/2 but these shoes / trainers were too short . Also the little toggle on the lace pulled off on first attempt to tighten them . Have returned them today

Very bad quality & poor customer service
Very poor customer service. My sandals broke after wearing 5x and no spare parts or help are offered. I had an injury for 1.5 years between the purchase and the mistake and could not wear the shoes. Therefore, I am 2 months above the guarantee. There is no goodwill and no way to buy the broken part. So now I can throw away my new sandals. Very weak for an outdoor product like this.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. Ordered Sunday afternoon and arrived Tuesday morning. Shoes are very comfortable, easily adjustable and the soles feel amazing. I have a arthritis in my knees and get plantar fasciitis occasionally. The cushioned soles really help.

Die Grössentabelle beim Bestellen zeigt US 8 entspricht Eu 40,5. Im Schuh selbst steht aber US 8/ Eu 39
Da man das Rücksenden selbst zahlen muss, hab ich die Schuhe an meine Tochter mit kleineren Füßen verschenkt.Schade! Ich liebe diese Flipflops!

The delivery has been done to another…
The delivery has been done to another address. They work with ctt express (DHL) and I they only let me fill a reclamation even though the package has been delivered in this very second. I tried Edit the address and couldn’t do it either. A disaster
