Easy to order and excellent delivery two days from ordering- thank you. This is my third pair of hurricane drift - absolutely love them. So comfortable- wore them to do Race for Life!!

Such a good product and also perfect post-sales service. I own several pair of Teva's and spoke with them about the release of a specific model which I love but is out of collection. Service (Jason) was so helpful and nice.

J'ai usé 7 paires de sandale téva, si le confort et la tenue de pied restent excellents, depuis 10 ans la résistance des semelles n'a jamais cessé de se dégrader, sur mes 2 dernières paires, usure totale et décollage de semelle en 1 ans et demi, et cerise sur le gâteau rupture d'une sangle en randonnée, le rapport qualité/prix devient minable.

L'utilisation de matériaux qui peuvent être ou plus légers - pour un confort plus renforcé - ou plus respectueux de l'environement, au cours des 10 dernières années, ne devrait pas avoir d'impact sur la résistance du produit si l'usage, les conditions d'usage et l'entretien n'ont pas changés.
Le service client est toujours ravi de pouvoir aider concernant la qualité et/ou l'expérience du produit, s'il est contacté. Nos revendeurs officiels ont aussi les mêmes conditions de garantie que nous.
Je suis une nouvelle fois navré que nos produits ne vous donnent pas entière satisfaction, cependant en l'absence d'informations spécifiques, il est difficile de proposer une solution. Bien à vous, François

Do not trust quality or Teva name
Do not trust design, quality, or customer service.
See Teva reply - Teva continue to not own the problem of their own manufacture. It’s not a good product if the design/quality/customer care doesn’t match the price tag.
I bought Teva Tirra sandals 4/4/2025 paying a premium price but reassured that they have a 2year guarantee. The sole has detached from the upper straps only 15months since receiving them (and not wearing them for 6months of winter). As instructed I sent them back to where I bought them 17July2026 and have heard nothing.

Although the sandals are very comfy underfoot, the straps round the back of the ankle are too low, making them uncomfortable to walk in, so unfortunately I am having to return them.

Brilliant service, great sandals.... but don't trust their size chart!
Brilliant service - ordered a pair of Teva hurricane xtl3 at 4.45pm and received them by 10.30 the next morning (on a next day delivery service). I recommend using their online foot scan system to pick the perfect size - their size chart seems a little off my foot measures 25.9 cm which has me at a size 7. I generally take a size 7.5/8 or a 41/42 (a 42 is a size 9 according to their size guide). I used their foot scan system (which involves taking a photo of your foot next to an A4 piece of paper and correctly read my foot as being 25.9cm and recommended a size 8 - which fits perfectly. The sandels are comfortable and a great fit and seem well made.

My new Teva sandals arrived very…
My new Teva sandals arrived very quickly I was kept informed of when they went out for delivery and when i would receive the. This was very useful so I could be at home for the parcel.
The saldals are very comfortable and good for city living lovely colour and fit.

Kulanz nach Garantieablauf
Nach 3 Jahren habe ich aufgrund von vermeintlichen Qualitätsproblemen bei meinen Terra FI 5 Universal kulanterweise einen Kulanz-Gutschein erhalten.
Ich schätze das sehr, dass auch nach Ablauf der Garantie auf den/die Kunden und deren Anliegen eingegangen wird.

The straps were too tight
I have very thin feet and the straps were so tight they did not fit. I can’t imagine they can fit on anyone. I sent them back and lost the price of the shipping twice. Do not buy from Teva online.
