Teva

What a disapointment!
Been wearing Teva since 1996 due to the quality and versatility. But the quality is now so bad, a sandal only covers the warranty period of two years. My current pair of Teva (Top tier S/N:1099443) from 2022, the rubber is cracking up on the sides, hence will loose its hold on the front strap. My previous top tier Teva's also lost hold of the front strap after two years. Wrote to Teva, without getting any reply.
This was the last straw, I won't be buying TEVA anymore. What a shame.

Very happy with the shoes, delivered when said, good communication.

Geleverd binnen afgesproken tijd. Prijs kwaliteit prima. DHL prima besteld.

Livraison dans les délais. Produit conforme à la commande.

Received poorly constructed sandals that would have hurt or been irritating to wear. Wanted to resolve with customer service as an exchange wasn’t available (my size out of stock) and I wanted to keep them if not for the construction issue.

Spoke to an AI assistant which didn’t help after providing all the pictures. Waited a few days to be contacted by a person who then asked for pictures I didn’t have (uploaded straight to assistant) as I was away from home.

Didn’t receive a response back after I got home and uploaded the pictures.

I’ve got several pairs of Tevas but this will probably be my last due to the overall drop in quality from the brand.

I love these shoes ...I have 2 pairs amd now bought a pair for my hubby

Super fast delivery and gorgeous sandals. Very happy customer. Thank you

I knew exactly which sandal I wanted to buy, it was easy to find in the Teva site, easy to purchase and swiftly delivered. Can't ask for much more, really.

So so comfortable, only pair of sandals I wore on my two week holiday in Crete. Fabulous, no rubs or blisters, highly recommend you buy a pair xxxxx

I had been looking for comfortable and reliable walking sandals, Teva kept coming up in my search. When I spoke to a friend she also highly recommended them.
I purchased the original version - initially ordering the wrong size, but it was simple to cancel my order and get the correct size (with the money returning to my account immediately).

Item arrived quickly. They are so comfortable! I have a high arch, and normally wear a wide shoe, so the ability to adjust around the toes is ideal, as well as having decent arch support. With the hot weather I've worn them every day since they arrived. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great on time and delivered in good condition

Helaas.

A friend recommended buying some summer sandals from Teva, so I made the purchase and they fit comfortably and accommodate my big dinosaur feet

I really like TEVA sandals to wear in Spring , Summer and Autumn . So my foot is not closed and the system to fit on my foot is simple . Also the Look of the sandals i fell natural and perfect . And the best effort is the simple , good and easy cleaning with water .My last TEVA sandals i wear 5 years in water , swimming and wandering and casual . just 1 week ago the clou make the sole in two parts . Very good product !!! From the order to arrive in my home is not even 48 hours . So for me i feel this all is more than perfect .
