I’ve used this service about 5 times the past year, I love it so much. Everything is easy to navigate and communication is clear! My items always arrive safely and packaged well. Good customer service ,purchase and shipping quickly. but does not let customer know about the condition of the item when it is delivered to the warehouse. I received the item in very bad condition and when contacted thaifii's service they said it was unable to return the item. you can contact the seller and talk about it maybe the seller will do something for it but you guys do nothing and say that the seller is unofficial so cannot return the goods. Disappointed, probably never buying Thai stuff again because the sellers are cheating. The seller has more than 4.9 star reviews by over 1k buyers but used damaged items to sale

Buying something with thaifii is going to be expensive, but it's worth it. I ordered some books and wasn't sure what condition they would arrive in, but it took forever just to get them out of the box with 3 whole layers of bubble wrap. Definitely wasn't expecting that, but I was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely use this service again.

I requested a discontinued Anime figure that I found at Shopee from Thailand. At the beginning, I was a bit afraid since it was my first time using a forwarding service, and I took the leap of faith and what nice surprise.

Thaifi was very helpful in allowing me to purchase merchandise from a non-US store. They were proactive in providing updates and confirmations about my order. My only criticism is that my order became very difficult to track once it was shipped from Thaifi's warehouse and I spent several weeks without an expected arrival date, but that's not something to blame Thaifi for; I mention it only as a heads-up to anyone else looking to use this proxy service. My items arrived in perfect condition.

Overall, I feel like I had a positive and trustworthy experience with Thaifi. I plan to use their services again in the future should I find merchandise for sale that other proxy services cannot ship to me.
