Thai Nexus makes it sooo easy to connect with niche artisans. Of course they will make purchases for you on shopee or lazada, but I asked them to buy some things that were only available through insta or tiktok. Not only was the staff at Thai Nexus willing to try, but they came through!

Any time I've had questions about ordering or shipping, they always responded quickly, usually within minutes. The three times I've had them consolidate purchases and ship them to me, it was fast (~1wk from Bangkok to Boston) and perfectly packaged.

​I highly recommend Thai Nexus for anyone looking to source items from Thailand.
Their customer service is amazing; they answer promptly and always try their absolute best to accommodate specific requests.
​What really stands out is their proxy buying service.
They successfully managed to secure items for me even from Facebook Marketplace, which can usually be tricky to navigate.
On top of that, their service fees are very competitive.
​If there is any downside at all, it’s simply that their overseas shipping options lean heavily towards top-tier, premium express carriers. My order reached Melbourne from Bangkok in a staggering 3 days! While this is brilliant, it is something to consider if you are on a strict budget and looking for slow, cheaper options (read Cainiao).
That said, when a service is this fast and reliable, it’s hard to even call it a downside.

Very Helpful connects. The team was very punctual in updating the status of the parcel after receipt. They also gave a quick quote for forwarding it. The forwarding was very good. They packed all the items properly and provided a good details so that there was no issue in customs clearance of the inward country

Thai Nexus are a very reliable forwarding address and have amazing, personal communication with us via WhatsApp. They have low fees when you need their help buying something online and they think with you about how to lower shipping fees or use a different box or shipping method. They respond quickly, kindly, and if I ask something, they are the kindest people who try to help you out. I wish the website interface was easier to use, but the customer service is superb. They helped me set up my account and forward a package overseas. I was surprised by how good Thai Nexus is. Of course, you need to pay to rent a mailbox, but I was amazed at how quickly I received an email with my address and mailbox number. I decided to test the service by ordering from Lazada, and as soon as my parcel arrived, they emailed me straight away. Very fast and reliable service.
