We are UK based only, so by contacting us you will be dealing with UK based customer service and laboratories and we will never send your samples to other laboratories or overseas.
There are no hidden costs and our price includes all shipping to you and the subsequent return of the samples to us for processing. Orders can be placed via our website or by phone with a sampling kit shipped quickly and discreetly to the ordering party. Our standard DNA test takes 2 working days, or you can pay a little extra for a next-working day turnaround (from the time we receive all of the properly consented DNA test samples into our laboratory).
Our service includes the preparation and sending to you of a bespoke sampling kit, the return postage, the laboratory testing and reporting the results.
Please note that our at-home tests are for personal information only - this means that the results will not be accepted in UK courts, Births Corrections Office, the Child Maintenance Service or any other legal body.
