I initially ordered the wrong test kit, but the team guided me through rebooking and supported me every step of the way. My refund was processed immediately, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to others.

was quick and easy to do. I did the sibling dna to see if my children shared the same father, the only negative was an email I received before the final result as it said it would be unlikely my children shared the same father, a few days later I got the result and they did share the same father. I was very anxious in the few days after receiving the final result.

Sent test quick out really quick,but…
Sent test quick out really quick,but because of postal issue it’s taken 3 weeks for it to arrive back to the company for testing
