We are UK based only, so by contacting us you will be dealing with UK based customer service and laboratories and we will never send your samples to other laboratories or overseas.
There are no hidden costs and our price includes all shipping to you and the subsequent return of the samples to us for processing. Orders can be placed via our website or by phone with a sampling kit shipped quickly and discreetly to the ordering party. Our standard DNA test takes 2 working days, or you can pay a little extra for a next-working day turnaround (from the time we receive all of the properly consented DNA test samples into our laboratory).
Our service includes the preparation and sending to you of a bespoke sampling kit, the return postage, the laboratory testing and reporting the results.
Please note that our at-home tests are for personal information only - this means that the results will not be accepted in UK courts, Births Corrections Office, the Child Maintenance Service or any other legal body. Grandparent DNA test was wrong
Grandparent DNA test was wrong. I 100% know it’s her grandmother the test was just for her peace of mind this came back 2.5% DNA match so not enough for a grandmother they say but they do match DNA? They state that they do not support a son of hers to be the dad!!! WTF
I believe something to have gone wrong with the testing or not enough dna on the samples to match I’m not even sure? I Will be retaking the test with a different company and then seeking advice as this has caused a massive amount of emotional stress for myself and daughter and her grandma. And now with them stating that there is no support that her son is the dad I’ve now been made out to be a liar and have them bring up a child for 21years that’s not there’s!!!! Honestly you couldn’t write it. Feeling very let down paid £145 and now having to go elsewhere and pay same again if not more for an enhanced 45 DNA markers test to clear my name and sort this mess out. This could have been the end of my daughters relationship with her family for a test that wasn’t accurate. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR A GRANDPARENT DNA TEST!!!
DONT EVEN RISK IT.

As explained on our website and report, with grandparent tests the analysis performed can only provide an indication of the relationship. In some cases, it may not be possible to detect a relationship even though one may exist and this is simply due to the limited amount of DNA shared between tested individuals.
A paternity test would give the most conclusive results, but this can only be carried out if we can obtain DNA samples from the alleged father.
We have re-looked at your case and can confirm this result is correct based on the samples which we received for testing.

Testing kit came within 24 hours, and sent off the same day. Results came back earlier than the expected time which was brilliant.
