terrible case, broke within 2 days and I've emailed twice for a replacement/refund and they never answered me

Is a scam guys don’t buy it

Ordered an Iphone 17 Pro case and an airpods case. Order was expected to arrive in less than 30 days and was stated on the site that all taxes were included in the announced price.
Order took 120+ days, got no response to any of the various emails sent and multiple chats in the support chat in site, simply ignored.
Upon arrival I had to pay importing taxes to be able to receive the products...
Quality wise, i bet not even the same manufacturer produces all products, iPhone case was made of the cheapest plastic with the worst packaging ever wrapped in bubble wrap even arriving bent while the airpods case is made of metal/aluminum of good quality that comes in a nice box with a nice soft bag, totally different product, airpods case is fire, totally worth the price, not worth the customer service. iPhone case was a literal waste of money in all senses. Go arc pulse instead.

I placed an order for an iPhone case on 12 days ago on May 19th and have not received any communication since. Their website claims orders are processed and shipped out within a few days; however, I have not received a shipping confirmation as of yet. I have also sent an email to customer support with no response and reached out over Instagram to no response as well. Their customer support chat function on their website is also always down, despite claiming that they are online between 11am-5pm every day, please avoid this company. The fact that they are still keeping their website online and accepting orders is fraudulent af.

ABSOLUTE SCAM

Please do not order anything from them. They never shipped my order after 2 months, never responded to any email, insta dm or messages that I sent multiple times.

Calling my bank for a chargeback, worst company ever

I have the exact same experience as all the other customers writing reviews here. I place an order several weeks ago and tried to contact them through email and social media but not a single response.

This company is a scam, please avoid making the same mistake and don’t purchase anything from them as you will not only never receive your item but you will never get an answer to your complaint… I even suspect them to delete comments on their instagram page that raise awareness on the scamming situation

If I could give 0 stars, just like others have said, I WOULD. I have reached out in every avenue possible, every social media, and every email I could find— no response. They stole my money and they won’t refund me or just ship the product. IF YOU CANNOT PROCESS ORDERS PLEASE DONT ACCEPT THEM. I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a case around a month and a half ago. The tracking number I was given does not work. I've reached out to customer service 4 separate times, and haven't heard anything back. Now the phone case is saying that it has been delivered, and I haven't received anything. I am disputing the charges with my bank.

I ordered a 17 Pro Max phone case for £40 and when it arrived it already had small dots/imperfections on the case. For that price, I would expect much better quality. On top of that, the silver part of the case has already started peeling off.

I contacted the company about this but have received no response for two weeks, which is extremely frustrating. Good customer service should include responding to customers when there is a clear issue with a product.

Overall, the quality of the case does not match the price and the lack of communication from the company has made the experience even worse.

I would not recommend purchasing from them unless they improve both their product quality and customer support.

I ordered a case for the 17 pro. In my cart is a case for 17 pro / max. Didn’t think anything of it. I waited over a month for my order to arrive and of course it is the 17 pro max size. I have sent multiple emails over the course of a month and no reply!!! Definitely do not buy from this company.

Ho ordinato un articolo e pagato per la spedizione espressa ben 53$. Dopo 3 giorni mi riferiscono di aver spedito l'ordine. Io attendo e i giorni passano. Sulla pagina del corriere espresso c'è il numero di tracciamento ma non appare nessun aggiornamento. Allora contatto l'assistenza, e loro mi rispondono dicendomi che è assolutamente normale che i tempi di spedizione sono nella norma. Io continuo ad attendere e li contatto nuovamente in tutti i modi possibili ma ad oggi ancora nessuna risposta. Non ho mai ricevuto l'articolo... NON COMPRATE ASSOLUTAMENTE, io sono stato fortunato ad aver pagato con Paypal

If you thought your order took time to came in the mail, I’m waiting for mine since *drumrolls* more than FIVE. DAMN. MONTHS. Yes you heard me right, it’s been since the very beginning of August last year that I’ve ordered two items from them (writing this on the 13rd of February), which weren’t a phone nor an AirPods Max case but « lesser known » products so I’m wondering if that’s one of the reason why it never has been shipped, my theory is that they don’t even exist… but anyway. I’ve lost about 60€ so stupidly bc of those thieves that never bother to reply as everyone else says, even when you call them out publicly. Can’t file anything to dispute the transaction bc it’s too much effort for such little chances of success and I’m pretty sure now it’s too late. Oh and they remove (or hide) every single negative comment on Instagram. I hope they’ll run out of business soon so no one else will be scammed.

Edit : I’ve been notified out of nowhere that my order had been sent June 9th, that is TEN MONTHS after I’ve placed the order. It came in the mail two weeks after (today) and I’ve only received one item out of the two. I’m just bamboozled and don’t know if I should either cry or laugh at this point.

I placed my order on November 25th, and never heard anything from them in weeks, despite my multiple emails asking for updates.

Eventually on January 15th, I receive an automated email saying my order was dispatched. The courier tracking link says my order was delivered, but I in fact never receive anything.

And no one from their customer service has ever answered any of my emails asking for updates and/or refund.

Don't spend your money there, you will be scammed.

I ordered a case in the beginning of December 25. I asked many times where the order is and I never received an answer.
It’s definitely scam!!
lol - yesterday (28.01.) I received the case and it’s plastic, really really cheap plastic and they sell it for almost 40 euro. I’m shocked!
They’re bad people, karma will destroy them one day!

Paid express and needed 3 weeks, also product quality Is really shit. Packaging was damaged. never again!

My son had airmax head phones for Christmas he loves them . Decided to spend his Christmas money on accessories from this company. And we have been sent nothing and they have not replied to email sent .

The goods have now been received they never answered my email but the goods came and were exactly as expected. Just took a long time !
