We’re very sorry your order didn’t arrive — that’s never the experience we want for any customer.

Regarding the dispute: our system may automatically contest chargebacks if tracking hasn’t been updated properly or if there's no internal record showing the refund has been finalized.

That said, we never aim to withhold money for orders that genuinely failed to arrive. Please contact us at customerservice@thateon.com with your order number and dispute case reference, and we’ll make sure this is resolved fairly on our end.

We’re sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations — we understand how disappointing that can be.

While the case isn't made from solid metal, it is designed using a custom-developed hybrid resin-metal shell that’s ultralight and durable, intended to achieve a metallic look without the bulk or weight of real metal.

We want to clarify that we are not a scam. We’re a small brand, and unfortunately, we’ve recently been overwhelmed by a high volume of orders and limited team resources — which may have caused delays and missed messages.
