I have sent of for some hearing AIDS parts and have not Recived anything yet. Can you send the parts that i need on the end of my hearin AIDS. From my R.Berrisford.

I Go to NEIL BERRY OPTOMTRISTS to have my EYE Test in Sutton Coldfield. 61 Holland Street.Now i have had my ears done aswell. I think that my test was verry good. It took just over One hour.Mr Maufeed Hussain Was verry pleasant and he told me about my test affter. My Hearing Aids are verry good But the thing is trying to put the one part in my ear when they are in they are good.

The most thorough hearing test I have had. Michael Clements explained what every part of the test was for and made sure I was comfortable with the various equipment. He then went through the test results and explained them to make sure I understood what they meant.
A very good all round experience and would recommend wholeheartedly.

Matt Frost fitted my two new hearing aids on 24th August 2026. He was professional, explaining clearly how the aids worked with much reassurance and patience. He couldn't have been more helpful and I recommend him unconditionally.

Really excellent service from Naimul. He was incredibly helpful, informative and professional throughout, and took the time to explain everything clearly rather than making the appointment feel rushed.

I initially went in for earwax removal and was given some really useful advice, then came back for a follow-up appointment where he also carried out a hearing test. He was extremely thorough on both occasions and made sure I understood everything he was checking and what the results meant.

Overall, I was really impressed with the level of care and attention he gave me. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing advice or treatment for their hearing.

Mohammed Faisal at Moseley in Birmingham was extremely friendly and listened to my issues and made me very comfortable what the problem was.

He explained what he was going to check which was ear wax and should me the on screen the build up of wax and how he was going to remove it. He assured me the procedure was save and would take few minutes.

He gave me instructions on how to remove wax regularly using earol spray. He also checked my hearing and explained the results.

Michael Clements- the Audiologist, was extremely helpful, the appointment was on time and throughout the appointment it was clearly explained what each check was for and the outcome. All equipment was immaculately kept and looked very new. A doctors referral was written by the Audiologist and promptly forwarded to my GP. I would highly recommend this service.

Very thorough check (and wax removal) with no hard sell which I appreciated (I already have NHS hearing aids).
I have previously had checks at other places including Lanncaster Royal Infirmary and the service of Lee Gascoyne at Garstang was by far the best.

I saw James Burt (Audiologist) at Dyer and Scott Optician, Whiteladies Rd, Bristol. Excellent care. Clear explanations given and very happy with the result.

The audiologist is friendly, professional and meticulous in explaining every steps and the relevant results and implications. There has no hard selling nor long face to any of my hesitation. I strongly recommend this hearing check to everyone.
