Maufeed Hussain at thcp in Taylor Biddle in Compton is a very friendly and knowledgeable audiologist.
Upon meeting him for the first appointment, I felt comfortable and at ease with his approach to my hearing test.
He explained everything in detail with nothing to much trouble for him.
The hearing test was thorough with the result fully explained in detail.
The follow up for the fitting of the aids was easy and well detailed.
I would recommend him to anyone needing a hearing test.

The service was very friendly efficient and professional

Three times running my son and I have had hearing tests cancelled by the hearing care partnership less than 24 hours before our appointment time. We have been waiting momths for the appointmemts only to twice have them cancelled with no explanation given.

I visited Matt Frost at THCP West Heath and it was an excellent first time with an audiologist for me, he was very informative and helpful in figuring out the issue with my right ear

Pretty nice experience, Erin laughed at my stupid jokes but it was more of a polite laugh but I'll still take it because I'm kinda vain and self absorbed.

I visited Ellis Bass Optometrists on Barkingside High Street today for a hearing test with The Hearing Care Partnership, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the local practice environment felt welcoming, modern, and exceptionally clean.My audiologist, Khadija Begum, was incredibly professional, polite, and attentive. She took the time to conduct a thorough, comprehensive hearing assessment without making me feel rushed at all. Every stage of the examination was explained clearly, and Khadija provided insightful, detailed breakdowns of my results and options. It is rare to find a clinician who combines top-tier expertise with such a warm, patient-focused approach. If you are looking for outstanding, trustworthy hearing care in Barkingside, this is absolutely the place to go to .There was no pressure selling either .

James Burt at Lunar Optical Bristol has been excellent for my hearing problems, and I am very pleased with the new aid I now have. He was very attentive to what my hearing needs are, explained everything clearly in a helpful way, and checked carefully on how the aid was working for me. He also put me at my ease during my appointments. Finally, the whole process to get the new aid set up was speedy, which was a big help.

Before my earwax removal, I was feeling quite reluctant and hesitant about the appointment. However, Matthew Frost’s patience and understanding made all the difference in helping me overcome those nerves. The entire experience was excellent—he handled everything so gently and professionally. I was also reassured that I could stop the treatment at any time if I felt uncomfortable. Went for a hearing test as I have noticed hearing isn't what it was. Faizal fully explained the procedure and made me feel at ease and explained every process that was happening . He was very respectful and professional, will definitely be using him for my future check ups.

I have been a HA wearer for fifteen years, starting with NHS and graduating to private organisations after around four years. Having used several providers I have to say, without doubt, that the Hearing Care Partnership are simply superb. The provide Audiologists who are easy to get to, are fantastically well trained a knowledgeable, and supply leading brands of aids at reasonable prices. I would strongly recommend taking out their comprehensive five year support package when buying new aids as this provides a Rolls Royce support and after sales service which includes (and I have found this invaluable as I get older) wax removal. I have great pleasure in strongly recommending them.

Very good service from, The Hearing Care Partnership located in The Village Optician, Pity Me. Great choice of appointment's, meaning I could get seen quicky. On the day everything was very slick, and professional but did the appointment did not feel rushed at all. Every step of the way there was an opportunity to ask question. Had both ears checked and cleaned, with good results. The hearing test at the end was very helpful. Great service, and would use again, and would recommend if you need ears checking, and wax removed
