Audiologist Appointment - Shepton Mallet.
I booked an apt following a recommendation to investigate my muffled ear with an audiologist. I was dreading the appointment as it would be the first time to have any kind of hearing test. I needn't have worried as Michael C at Shepton Mallet was sincere, friendly and professional and I was immediately comfortable. Not only with the process as he paid high attention to hygiene too and is clearly an expert in his field, but also with the outcome and Michael's patience and care to address all concerns and questions, even providing me a letter for my GP. From the booking to the end of the appointment, the client-centric approach is valuable.

I’ve visited Celeste de Freitas for wax removal over the past few years, and when it came time to discuss hearing aids, she guided me through everything with patience, clarity and genuine care. She helped me choose the right option for my needs, and the results have been remarkable. My TV volume has dropped by 40 levels, my voice is naturally quieter, and I feel much more comfortable in social settings. A truly excellent experience.

Following a periodic revue of my ear health, hearing and older hearing aids I was recently fitted with a new pair of hearing aids by my local Hearing Care Partnership audiologist Celeste de Freitas. Great care was taken in selecting, fitting and programming the new aids to my specific needs and all options were discussed and explained to me at length in terms that were easily understood.
I would not hesitate to recommend The Hearing Care Partnership, the local team of audiologist Celeste de Freitas and Wax Removal Clinician James Musselwhite provide a friendly, helpful and throughly professional service which I am sure is a reflection of the quality of care provided by the company as a whole.

Faisal was very welcoming and my experience of the tests were very sensitively administered. Every step was explained clearly and thus experience has been way more interesting than others I had had with other companies. Fortunately my hearing is OK for now but I am reassured that I will get another call next year . Thanks Faisal

The whole approach was pleasant and professional. I didn’t feel rushed or hurried. The tests were straightforward and results explained carefully. I learned some useful information and left feeling reassured.

The Audiologist Faisal provided excellent customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly and has been very attentive, patient and professional. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free especially when I had my appointment at the clinic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care!

I seen Siobhan today for a wax removal in Tim Young opticians. Siobhan made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was so helpful and was more than happy to answer my questions. The wax removal was a quick process and Siobhan made sure to talk me through each stage. I highly recommend ⭐️ Thank you Siobhan!

I have had TWO appointments cancelled last minute (one just over an hour before it was due) in about as many weeks by two different HCP clinics. Really not good enough. Will not book again.

Edit: I don't believe for a second that both appointments were for illness. The first time the clinician herself called and said "we're having to cancel the clinic tomorrow... I remember doing your ear wax removal (I'd never had an ear wax removal let alone with her) and you're quite young, so I don't think you need this appointment anyway" which as someone who has worked in these industries is code for "we want to give your appt away" and this morning they called and admittedly said the clinician felt poorly. I find it hard to believe that my luck is so bad that twice, in less than one week, across two different clinics and clinicians, my appt has been cancelled due to illness.

My hearing test was thorough, professional and friendly. All the tests were explained clearly. At the end the audiologist did not recommend a hearing aid, which I was pleased about. I can recommend.

Very professional thorough examination. Celeste took time to ensure the product fitted my needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phonax and Celeste to anyone looking to upgrading their hearing aids. Very pleased.

I got an ear wax removal here and the audiologist was very kind, helpful, and thorough. We used a mix of microsuction and water-removal and I think combining the two allowed for a more flexible treatment. My ears are nice and clear now and my hearing has improved a lot. He even added a free hearing test afterwards, which a lot of audiologists don't. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable, polite, informative, patient experience is the best I’ve ever had.

Last Thursday I made my first visit to Celeste de Freitas at New Romney. She was amazing. I have had a severe hearing loss for a number of years but have never had such a detailed examination.Her skill, patience, compassion and expertise is second to none. How I wish I had met her before. After just one consultation I have so much confidence in her. It is difficult to explain what a difference this has made to my life to have her reassurance. I am so grateful to her. Siobhan is obviously very good at her job, very patient, understanding, and professional. Was very impressed with how the hearing test was conducted and how easy she was to communicate with.

I Go to NEIL BERRY OPTOMTRISTS to have my EYE Test in Sutton Coldfield. 61 Holland Street.Now i have had my ears done aswell. I think that my test was verry good. It took just over One hour.Mr Maufeed Hussain Was verry pleasant and he told me about my test affter. My Hearing Aids are verry good But the thing is trying to put the one part in my ear when they are in they are good.
