Really professional but friendly…
Really professional but friendly experience from Charlotte at The Agent. This is our 5th move so have had quite a lot of experience with other agents and I have to say this was the best experience to date!!

I would like to say how thrilled I was with the whole experience of selling my bungalow with Bernard. He was very professional and attentive through every stage of the sale.
Having this personal service made such a difference.
My property was sold within a week of Bernard putting it up for sale.
I received the asking price.
I could not recommend him enough.

Bernard Snowden arranged a viewing for us for one their properties recently. From start to finish he was proffessional and very easy to work with. He worked tirelessly going back and forth during the negotionations. He remained very proffessional, understanding and super helpful throughout the process. Would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sale via The Agent.

Dedicated Personal Service - Very Efficient
I chose The Agent out of several agencies who valued my property. One agency spent just 5 minutes in my home and never bothered to look at the kitchen! What impressed me from the start with The Agent was their valuer Charlotte, who took her time and showed a genuine interest in my property, asking questions about the history, local amenities, fixtures and fittings, etc. Also the idea of having a dedicated person to look after my sale, and a direct phone line and email address to contact them was very reassuring. I felt I was going to receive a personal service and I was not disappointed. The Agent also include Virtual Tours as part of their sales package. The quality of the tour and photography was outstanding and I am sure my property sold quite quickly because of this. I highly recommend this agency.
