I’ve had the Essential Health Assessment at this centre. It was a very pleasant experience, the staff are welcoming and very knowledgeable, they explain all the procedures along the way, with careful consideration for my immediate results. I was provided with useful advice on life style and exercise regime. My blood test results came in shortly after, each measure was clearly explained in the report, with advice provided on next steps. I’m very happy with my experience in the Vesey and would highly recommend their services.

Requested coeliac test from Mark however he booked wrong test paid £299 but received allergy test result. Mark rang to apologuse and arranged another blood test for coeliac £88 as shows on your leaflet in reception. Requested refund for difference. Despite phoning calls not returned. Visited clinic twice awaited manager call back not received. Mark phoned to say no refund due!!! I've had run around and been ignored. I could have got same treatment from my GP for free. Bad show for professional company.

To cut a long story short do not use this hospital for a blood test . I attended and had my blood's taken and only to be told the food intolerance test couldn't be tested at the lab . Asked for a refund was advised yes but still no refund and I am now having to contact trading standards as I am being ignored. Disgusting that all I have from reception is a refund receipt but still no refund .it's appalling service .
I had my Lifestyle Screening at the Vesey, I had a very good experience and felt very comfortable with all tests that were thoroughly explained to me.
Very efficient booking system, easy parking onsite and welcome on arrival, I would highly recommend this private clinic.

I very rarely leave reviews, however I feel it necessary to leave feedback after my experience at The Vessey. Honestly, words fail me how unprofessional they are, and how they remain operational is beyond me. Too much to detail in full, however to summarise : Wellman Check arranged, and let’s just say the tests were basic to say the least, 2 blood tests over 3 weeks, no results, they requested I had a 3rd as they didn’t realise id had 2 done previously, follow-up consultation appointment cancellation with no notice after travelling 45 mins, offer of a refund due to their overall ineptness, 4 emails no reply, refund finally received only after threat of contacting Trading Standards. There is absolutely nothing positive I can say about my experience.

I am absolutely appalled by the service at The Vesey! I paid upfront for an allergy and intolerance test, but ever since they took my money, they have gone completely silent. Not only did I receive no confirmation email for my appointment, but every attempt I’ve made to reach out to them has been ignored. I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and even showed up in person only to find an empty reception area with no one there to assist me.
When I finally managed to speak with someone, they promised a call back the next day – but, of course, that never happened. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a private hospital where patients expect high-quality care and professionalism. It feels like they’re running a scam, taking people’s money and then disappearing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs – they have shown themselves to be untrustworthy and, frankly, fraudulent in their approach to patient care.
Awful service from The Vessy. Attended for two blood tests back in June and didn’t ever receive the results. Received £20 refund from £70 paid, the practice continue to ignore my emails and calls. Now following up with Trading Standards.
Sadly I wouldn’t recommend The Vesey. I agreed to receive a refund in May 2024 for a treatment as it couldn’t go ahead due to a sourcing issue. After weeks of chasing for an update and being promised call backs, I’ve had nothing. I put in a formal complaint and I have had no acknowledgment of this whatsoever.
It’s a shame as prior to this refund issue, I have received a brilliant service. I am not sure what is going on but I get a feeling I am being fobbed off.
We had an appointment with Prof Raja Gupta, Neurologist. I sent all the necessary history about my daughter in advance with a diary of events. I specifically asked he looked at it before seeing us. He spent the allocated time totally unaware of any history regarding my daughter. Wasted the time going over the same things which have already been sent to him. Answered a call on his mobile & left the room. Charged us £300 cash to receive a written report which I had to chase. The report was everything we had sent him prior & one small paragraph of his suggestion which was nothing. No diagnosis or further plan. A total rip off, will be putting formal complaint to get my money back. It’s insulting!
