Box arrived opened
My package from The 5th Store came opened. There was no packaging tape used to close the box.
I emailed The 5th Store about it, however no response...
Not acceptable and most likely won't order from them in the future as I don't want my orders to go missing or be damaged.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and again, we're really sorry to hear that your package was open upon arrival. We have recieved your email and have responded to you.
From the images that you sent across to us, it looks as though our parcel tape was removed. We take care and pride in our packaging and this is not the level of service that we expect from our courier. We can only apologise profusely for this.
We have contacted our courier on the matter to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
From the photographs attached, it appears that the rest of the box was intact so we hope that the product inside reached you undamaged.

Not received item
Not received item. Called and was told i would be contacted and it it would be resolved yesterday . Nothing yet. Called number provided again . No answer.

Excellent customer service. Really responsive and helpful. I would definitely buy from here again.
There was an issue on the delivery of my order (fedex at fault not the 5th Store) and as soon as let the 5th store know they started trying to sort it out. Restored my faith in customer service still existing!
