What amazing service. I ordered a T shirt for a birthday present, through no fault of Kid Vicious the T shirt was lost in the post. I emailed to say I was concerned it wasn't going to turn up in time. I got a swift reply from Kev who asked when it was needed and if it hadn't turned up the next day would pop one recorded in the post. He did the following day and it arrived safely in time. So grateful and could not recommend enough what a great experience that was. Thank you.
The T shirt, a Wu Tang one was brilliant quality and very well received. Massive thank you Kev, what a brilliant store!

Would definitely use again. My first order wasn't received by me, I contacted them and they sent out a replacement no questions asked, with very quick and pleasant communications. The replacement has arrived and is great quality. Fantastic customer service

Extremely satisfied with Kidvicious. When ordering I accidentally had my old address, but this error was quickly rectified when I emailed Kidvicious. I was also offered a different size, in case the size was too small. The size I ordered turned out to be fine and the T-shirts arrived promptly. I have a boy about to turn 8 who is learning the drums and mad about music. His favourite band is the Foo Fighters and he is going to be very happy when he gets his T shirts for his birthday. I very rarely write reviews but really did think this company deserved the small amount of time and effort required to write a review, highly recommend.

I ordered a band shirt for my daughter on the Sunday. This was my first time ordering through them. I received an email from Kev on the Monday to advise that these specific shirts are a little on the small side, he gave me the measurements (chest and neck to bottom) for the requested size and the next size up to ensure I had the correct size before the order was dispatched. I missed this email but received a follow up email from Kev again on the Wednesday due to my lack of response. Really great customer service, I was so impressed that I have already shared my experience with my friends. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Shirts are great but their customer service is the best! Kev is amazing!

I ordered a number of t-shirts for my 6 year old in August. The quality of the t-shirts are excellent. There was a minor issue with delivery but Kev responded and dealt with the issue impeccably. I was very impressed with the ‘old school’ excellent customer service. I will be ordering again and wish this company every success.

Great t- shirt (a small child's Beastie Boys t- shirt), arrived quickly and good value for money.

Had an issue with Royal Mail, no fault of Kidvicious! Kev was brilliant, kept me updated once I contacted the company and even sent me a message once my items were received to see if they were delivered. 10/10 for the service.

The t-shirts are class, will 100% be buying more from you in the near future.

T-shirts are fab! The team were so helpful regarding my order, they even phoned me to make sure I received my order as we were on holiday and it was delivered to hotel.

I've been shopping with Kidvicious for a few years now. I'm an extra petite adult, so adult sized tees don't fit me. With my most recent order, Kev emailed me to let me know that the t-shirt I'd ordered ran small and would I like to size up, I opted to size up and It was with me in three days I think and it was a perfect fit! Would recommend

Excellent service. Kev called me to say the shirts come up a bit small and asked if I'd like the size above, shirt was literally here a couple of days after order and excellent quality. My little boy will be happy with his green day shirt for his birthday. Thank you!

Really good customer service. Replied very quickly and recieved package the next day when i was worried it may not have arrived in time.

Extremely poor.

Placed an order for two tops and recieved a dispatch notification the day after. After a few days passed I checked on their website for delivery information, which showed they use Royal Mail 48hr delivery. As this time had already elapsed I contacted customer service who provided me with the tracking details and told me to wait and see if it comes. This is where it gets real fun.... The customer service rep then asks me if I would like a refund as it's the least they can do for the delay and obviously I accepted. I then do a little research and find out that the package was only marked as "the royal mail are expecting it". This means the customer service rep knew they had not even sent the parcel but proceeded to lie to me anyway.

I went online today to check the tracking and the number no longer exists. What an absolute waste of time and money. I would not recommend this service at all.

Well judging by the reviews Kev deserves a pay rise! He also helped me out by a very last minute posting of a tshirt for my son. It came next day ready for Guns n Roses! T-Shirt fit well & quality made. Thanks again ⭐️

Incredible service, I’d ordered 5 T-shirt for my son for his birthday, they’d arrived and I ordered the wrong size. I emailed and explained what I’d done, and they dispatched a whole other order, before receiving the return.

I ordered a T-shirt for my granddaughter who is nearly 5.i ordered a 5-6 but when it arrived it only just fitted, I contacted them and they sent the next size super quick excellent Custer service. Very happy customer will purchase from them again and one very very happy granddaughter thank you
