Easy and timely

My experience with the mediation team was easy and despite me sending my request over the Christmas period it was dealt with in the promised timeframe. All resolved with the outcome I hoped for. thanks.

I contacted the he AA mediation service when I returned a car I had bought due to various faults. The dealer was being difficult despite my returning the car within the 30 day period agreed.
Hayley the AA mediator over several weeks of patient negotiation was able to secure my refund.

I cannot thank her enough for securing the positive outcome and not have to go through the small claims court process to get the refund.

My case handler Verity, had a lovely personality, great communication with me and was very knowledgeable. She tried her best, called me almost every day to update on her attempts at contact with Wokingham car centre, although she was unsuccessful, but that wasn't her fault as WCC mostly ignored her emails and calls even hanging up on her in the end. Advised me to take legal action.

Polite, helpful, everything sorted in a very short time. I would recommend the service to everyone. Thank you for getting my money back.

Been trying to cancel my membership for the past week or so. Ended up cancelling my direct debit because they make it so hard to cancel. Chat buttons don’t work but I have already received an email saying my payment method has changed please update it.
Why can’t there just be a simple cancel subscription button

Hayley Mills has been very helpful and supportive with mediating my complaint. She was friendly and professional always replying to emails and phones calls and was chasing the dealer for replies and answers when they didn't respond. My complaint took a long time to resolve because of the dealer but Hayley was always there and without her support I think I would have given up. I can't thank Hayley enough for her help and support and for her perseverance in getting my complaint resolved.

Abi did a great job of designing me a proffesional website to showcase my cars through. She has been in contact through the whole process and always answered any questions. Many thanks for all the help and getting me started!

My Mediation Handler, Verity, was consistently polite and tenacious throughout the mediation process. She kept me informed on an almost daily basis and refused to give in when faced with stalling tactics from third parties. Due to outside influences, the mediation process was protracted and took almost 6 months, but she never gave in and it was finally completed to my satisfaction.

Thank you Grace for sorting the issue I had with a dealer withholding my deposit. Grace was prompt with keeping me updated and very professional. I’m so grateful!

I was having some issues with an AA approved dealership, I was very grateful for the help from Hayley Mills of the AA with offering a mediation service, she helped me through a very stressful situation and kept me updated regularly.
