To all the people who left positive reviews. This company has gone bust!! lol, good I didnt go for franchise!!

An absolute waste of time and terrible company with out of date resources. Quality of learning materials very poor, outdated tax years (2019 its 2025), online lessons are laughable, no tutor to see, just a blank screen with microphone being used. Its taken over six weeks to get a refund and still nothing from them, thank goodness I paid using a card and have been able to charge back.

I take a moment for appreciation for the experience I've gained at ProTaxPlus. The skills and knowledge I've developed here have given me the confidence to consider starting my own business.
Working with clients and handling communication professionally has been a big part of my learning journey. Lily, your guidance in marketing has been invaluable. Savina and Lily, your support with events has taught me so much. Jonida, your expertise in bookkeeping, advising clients, and training on our software has been incredible.
Thank you all for the amazing opportunity and for making me feel part of such a fantastic team.

Unfortunately, this was too expensive for me in comparison for what you get. And I also don’t recall being in contact with them on the 25h of February 2024

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Took the training package but was very disappointed with the teaching. The teacher had a child in the background every time which was very distracting. She was unable to answer certain questions when asked and i was told to find out for myself. The practice information was incomplete and very unorganized. Considering these were her clients from a few years ago she was very unsure as to what transactions went into each category. I was offered as compensation more training but after this experience i didnt feel confident i would learn anything. This cost a lot of money but was not worth a quarter of the price.
