ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY NOT ONLY DELIVERED MY PRODUCT BUT CLAIMING THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK AFTER TAKING THE CONFIRMATION TWO MONTHS AGO. AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL DELIVER A DIFFERENT SIZE BUT THE PRICE IS MORE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY

I received a defective mirror from The Artment and reported it immediately with proof. They refused a refund and pushed replacement/store credit instead.

Even after agreeing to a replacement, the defective mirror still has not been picked up after 10 days. Their logistics team gave incorrect updates, missed pickups, and wasted my time repeatedly.

Very poor communication, careless service, and no accountability. I have lost trust in this company and want a full refund to my original payment method.

I first found out about The Artment through Google Ads and really loved their branding. I decided to order a family sculpture that featured a mom, a dad, and a child. However, when the product arrived, it looked incredibly cheap and low quality compared to what was shown on the website. The online photos showed a beautiful white ceramic product, but what I actually received was a shiny grey sculpture that looked very tacky.

I requested a refund and the item was successfully picked up, but that is when I found out they do not credit the money back to your original payment source. Instead, they force you to take a refund via a coupon code. Even though I was annoyed, I decided to just deal with it.

A few days later, I spent almost an hour trying to find something else to buy because I was now forced to use this coupon on their website. I finally found a product and ordered it. The very next day, I received an email saying, "Under unforeseen circumstances, your order has been cancelled." Here is the biggest issue: they cancelled the order, but they never reissued my coupon code. I paid using the credit, the system took it, they cancelled on their end, and I was left with nothing.

I reached out to their team seven days ago and got absolutely no response. I followed up again today, and the team just gave me the same generic line about how they will escalate this to the right department and get back to me. This is pathetic customer service.

Having great branding and nice photos means nothing if you cannot provide basic customer support. A proper return policy shouldn't trap a customer's money in coupon codes to begin with. But to cancel an order on your end and not even automate the system to give the customer their credit back is just wrong. On top of that, if an item is out of stock, it should not be listed on the website in the first place. It is highly unprofessional and ruins the entire customer experience.

We are all running businesses and we all understand how things work, but this is completely unacceptable. The founders seriously need to look into their backend operations and fix this. If you cancel a customer's order, you need to ensure they get their money back immediately.

If there was an option for minus stars that’s what would give this company. This is hands down the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I tried buying products from their website but each time the amount would be debited but I received no order confirmation. This happened 4 times!!! Each time I contacted their chat support on whatsapp, but got a very callous and indifferent response. It’s been months and I am yet to receive around Rs. 9500 refund (amount of multiple payments) They themselves requested me to drop an email describing my issue (obviously to stop the whatsapp chats), but there’s no response there too.
And as for their 48 hours installation promise, that is absolute bull crap.
This is an ultimate fraud company. If you notice, there is no option of writing a review anywhere on their website. And any other positive reviews are surely paid ones. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR ATTRACTIVE WEBSITE AND MARKETING GIMMICKS. They are absolute frauds and thieves

Shoe Rack worth 10,000=00 broke down within 2 months from purchase.
When asked for better replacement or money back, both options were denied by company.
Third class company selling useless products.
