Helen from the The Avenue made the process from booking a viewing to visiting the property and the follow up really easy and organised! Unlike most Estate Agent’s Helen actually made the house feel like a Home during the viewing which really made a difference.

Martin is passionate and cares about your house selling experience. He does what he says and always with a comical tone and that lightens what can be a stressful process. Highly recommend should you be considering selling your property.

I was really impressed by the service from Luke Thomas at The Avenue, it's unlike anything I've experienced before from a high street estate agent. The house presentation was superb as was the attention to detail. I just handed over the keys to Luke and left him to it.
I've now got a confirmed purchaser and the whole process is being handled for me with regular emails from Luke advising me on progress.

What we appreciated most was her focus on children. She doesn't just look at houses; she looks for environments where the whole family will thrive, offering expert advice on schools, community spirit, and local activities. Truly exceptional service, no doubt she will do it for you. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Natalie is a great sales person- very friendly and great to work with. She has been excellent throughout- proactive, clear communication, feedback and advice and always prompt in replying to messages. She did all the viewings and went out of her way to fit them in even when she was busy. She took every opportunity to source and follow up buyers and to answer queries- a very solution focused approach. The marketing was excellent and attracted a lot more viewings than other agents. Overall, 5 stars!
