Sam at The Avenue has been a breath of fresh air compared to many rental agents I've had to deal with. Communication has been clear and friendly, with any queries answered swiftly. The digital platform has made the admin very easy, especially as we've had to do it from afar. The house had been very thoroughly checked and cleaned before we moved in. And Sam went out of his way to drop the keys off. Overall a really great service!

We originally sat on the market with another agent for 16 weeks. We had maybe 1 or 2 viewings a week where the ‘buyers’ clearly was not interested in our property. We began to lose faith and our new home was slipping away.

I got into contact with Bailee and Alice deflated and ready to give up. They gave us their honest opinion, feedback and a new marketing strategy. They sold our home within 3 days, with two offers over asking price!!!

Her attention to detail and fastidious approach to gaining client feedback was impressive. Our estate agent had excellent communication and replied quickly to any concerns or queries that we had through throughout the process. On day of completion, we received a lovely gift which we thought was a lovely touch.

Sam (from Lettings) could not have been more helpful in drawing up a new tenancy agreement for my tenant who had had a change of circumstances. I felt very reassured as he talked me through the process which was carried out swiftly and thoroughly.
