There are so many products to chose from which is fabulous!!! Everything arrived in a very timely fashion and I love the quality of my purchase!! It’s always about the little things for me and that they did provide! Little touches that make them unique.

The Bat Witch Cavern treat you nothing but the best. I've ordered three times from them and was pleasantly satisfied with the service I received. On one occasion my cart mysterious cleared. I emailed Kevin and they were able to retrieve my order items for me. You don't get that sort of service everywhere. I just can't say enough good things about them.

I made an order with the Bat Witch Cavern and it was late in the mail (Canada Post delivered it to a town very close to me and the package was sitting there for a few days). I contacted The Bat Witch Cavern and they were prompt at getting back to me. They contacted Canada Post for me and sure enough my package arrived shortly after. I am so pleased with my purchase! Excellent customer service, I am impressed. I will definitely order through them again!

The crystals were "grams" so I thought I was buying bulk

What you see is what you get. I know it seems redundant to say so but I cannot tell you how many times I purchased something online only for a knock off version to hit my doorstep.

Not this one tho. It really is just like you see and the delivery time was quick. Everything was packaged well and made it to me lickidy split. Five stars for sure.

I even got my stuff off the clearance/for sale page so I saved money on it as well.

Despite the fact that they were really busy and they were training somebody new I had emailed and asking if they were able to get my order out as fast as possible as I needed something for a Saturday night ritual. They said they would do their best to make the best of efforts to get it shipped as fast as they could but no promises. They were able to ship it out and I ended up getting my stuff all on Friday they are Lifesavers they're truly a good company. Everything was perfect. Will definitely be going back to them for all my crystal herb needs.

I got my treasure, & loved every piece I received! I purchased a money/luck jar, very next day I received $800 in my bank account I was not expecting!!! I was absolutely shocked, but in a good way! I got the multi wand holder & from wands the faceless one and the rose wand, beautifully made. I will definitely be a return customer! I had a misunderstanding & mailed them, they got back to me almost immediately even though they were on a vaca away from business, amazing ppl! Had my order within a day after being sent! So overall great experience!
