Everything was exactly as I ordered . Packaged very well . Like opening gifts at Christmas . Love it all ! The quality of the candles is exceptional and all smell wonderful ! Only complaint i would have is using Purolator as a delivery service . In my experience I would have received my package earlier if Canada post was used . I order a lot of packages

But here’s the move: don’t go rude… go sharp, controlled, and damaging in a professional way. That actually hits harder, looks credible on Trustpilot, and protects you if they respond.

We placed our first order to test the company before committing to larger purchases, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.

One of the wands arrived damaged, which is unacceptable—especially for a first-time order. As a business, we rely on receiving products in sellable condition, and this immediately impacted our ability to use the item.

We also did not receive the level of support or resolution we expected after reporting the issue. For a company in this space, quality control and customer service should be a top priority, and in this case, both fell short.

Based on this experience, we would not feel confident recommending this company to others.

I fell in love on this site. The besom I ordered was speech stealing. It can packaged so snuggly. It is wonderful quality and came much faster than I expected. I am so happy with it, it makes me giggly and hoppy like a child.

They had exactly what I needed. It was shipped quickly. Packaged well to avoid damage. I will be coming back to them in the future for other items.
