The company’s customer service is top notch, the product is good and useful and as advertised, I’ll be definitely continue using their products.

I canceled my subscription and within the hour situation was resolved as requested. Outstanding customer service!!

This is a scam to sell backlogged product and trick people into subscriptions for each item!!!!!!

I've been using these products for quite some time, I've definitely noticed the benefits!

Had a withdrawal taken because an accidentally joined a monthly subscription. I reported it and received a quick response. Was given options or full refund. I chose a 30% refund and kept order. Subscription was cancelled with no problems.
Didn’t need new order but products are wonderful.

This is the first time I have tried to grow out my beard. Took the advice from my brother-in-law. First tired the beard grow oil , next I purchased the Derma Roller. Since than I have purchased Beard Activator , Growth Vitamin Spray , Bread Growth Oil. Like I said looking Good so far!!

They scam you by automatically signing you up for a monthly subscription and then when you catch them in their scam they try to offer you 10% off. Now I will have to pay to ship it back and hope they actually send my money back. Do NOT trust them

I was unaware of my subscription and all of a sudden I get a Paypal invoice for $100 and I was quickly email then and saying that I was not participating in the subscription I just wanted a trial when my first order arrived last month I wasn't even able to use it yet. They refunded me the money in a matter of couple minutes and also the response time for their email was quick and this was at 12:00 at night. I will continue to use beard Club but as stated I haven't even opened the package yet that I received last month.
