They steal your money with unauthorized subscription. You never be able to cancel it!

Beard club has excellent customer service! I had a problem with an order. I emailed them and they immediately took care of it… I was so pleased with how quickly they responded and how quickly I received my credit for a mistaken order thank you Beard Club!!!

What made my experience great was I had brought this as a gift. Usually other companies keep sending the subscription even though I did not sign up for it I was upset initially...But I email them and they canceled the mistake and I got my money back. No questions no concerns. I was so pleased with the outcome.

I did not wish to purchase a subscription and asked to cancel as soon as I got a confirmation email for an additional order. They told me they could cancel this order and I could edit my subscription in my account. I was unable to log in so they cancelled the whole subscription for me without causing any problems.

At first my husband thought he was missing the blades in his Ultimate Box, so i went to Email Beard Club (Mind you its even Christmas Night) they responded in less than a minute and were willing to give me new ones, They also proceeded to give me advice on finding the blade and sure enough they were there. No need for new blades. And my Husband is extremely happy with the products he received and loved the blade. And Im very impressed with the customer service would definitely recommend this company. 10/10
