ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD. AVOID!!!
This company is a scam. I paid $255 AUS for a set of knives in the 1st week of April. After 1 month i emailed to follow up as the tracking wasn't working. NO response. Then over the next 2 months I emailed 4 times and finally got a response in on the 7th of July after 3 months. Saying we have refunded your money, check your account.
I paid $255 AUS and was refunded $215 AUS and never any valid reason why I didn't get the knives.
A fancy website can deceive. They have clearly shut down their facebook account because of all the bad reviews

After 2 months, I got the set of knives
No one replied to my emails when I was asking about my package!!!
Eventually, I got them but not satisfied with the quality of these knives. It is weak and the material is not good
I have contacted the support for returning the item but again no one replies

Don’t buy from “thebestore.com”
It is the worst store you are going to deal with

4/16/2020 charged my account for 5 knives, Phone line supposed to be available in May. Several excuses about Fed Ex closed because Covid, Promised if shipping status not changed by 5/30/2020 would return $, 5/31/2020 still no knives, no $

complete scam! I ordered a knife set and stand. The stand arrived but no knives. Been on order since the 11th of April and now they don't answer emails when I ask about my order.

It's been 3 weeks and the item has not departed the originating country (Netherlands??) I thought I was buying authentic Japanese knives. Still waiting to see if they're any good.

No knife set has arrived. Ordered 27th April and received a tracking number. The tracking number does not exist according to the shipping company and “the best store” doesn’t answer my emails for assistance.
Total scam

Never received product and according to tracking it says it was picked up in NYC which I live 40 minutes from well that was two weeks ago
When I contacted them they said plane crew has to assign room for the package. Conflicting information I probably was robbed
