Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything regarding the purchase was as expected and the free bike fit was an added bonus. I found the innovative shop display particularly impressive. I would definitely consider purchasing from this store again and, given I live on the south coast of England, that speaks volumes.

I had issues with my Di2 gears and brought my bike in. I advised them of a pending long ride to France due and wanted them to ensure my di2 worked as it was intermittent. They almost instantly got it working but were happy to look into my concerns due to the intermittent nature of the problem. They identified a complex issue deep in the bottom bracket and this was resolved fully and on time. The bike worked beautifully after that with a few more tweak they did. Very reasonable pricing and I’m please to say we did this long ride without any issue. Well done boys ! Abbas

My first experience was in 2009 buying 2 folding bikes ( Ridgeback). Since then I’ve bought 3 hybrid bikes. All of them have been maintained by Matt and his team (particularly Paul). Service is excellent. They listen carefully and respond promptly, always doing their best to help maintain my (usually) 3 rides each week throughout the year (about 5500 miles). I have recommended them to anybody who is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy business.

I purchased my Pinarello F7 back in March this year, and I am very happy with my new bike! From choosing to fitting to finally riding, Matt’s knowledge and experience shines through! Like going to the Taylor’s, the bike is made to measure, and like all good Taylor’s, if there needs to be some minor adjustments / tweaks, not a problem! On this occasion I've managed to save enough pocket money to purchase a new bike, with top tier service from start to finish.
Brilliant advice, a bike fit to boot and lots of useful hints and tips brought the excitement of new bike day, a Christmas in July!
I'm lucky to have TBL on my doorstep, but they are well worth travelling to. It pays to go local and get this level of service.

Just bought a Pinarello, Matt guided me through the process and put together the perfect package for me. They are very customer focused. Nothing is a problem and “just come back and we will fix it”

If you are looking for a new bike, repairs/servicing, spares or general cycling advice or help. The Bicycle Lounge in Ormskirk is the best place to go.
I’ve just bought my fourth road bike from them and been a customer for eight years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve got other bike shops closer to home but these guys are SO good I’m more than happy to travel over Ormskirk to see them. Always happy to help, a warm welcome and a real “can do” attitude. As retailers go Matt and his colleagues, Howie, Paul and Sean are all top notch. Highly recommended 😊

Matt and his team offer a first class service and I have already recommended them to everyone in the office. I recently brought a Cervelo and travelled up from London to pick up my bike and get it fitted. From the first phone call to me getting fitted and walking away with a big smile on my face. The time they spent with me getting everything just right was brilliant. The team's knowledge and experience was world class.

I brought a custom build Cervélo S5 from Matt at the Bicycle Lounge. The service from start to finish was impeccable and I cannot recommend more highly. Matt went out of his way to secure an extremely competitive price and the service when specifying the bike was faultless. Collection and pick up was better than any other bike shop I have used before.

The service from Matt and Sean is outstanding and to be honest I was a bit taken aback at times as not really used to it these days! But that's the difference when you go to a local bike shop like Bicycle Lounge, they are more than happy to help with whatever it is you need, and you feel like a valued customer getting a tailored service, therefore I will always keep going back there!
