Really professional on all aspects of buying my new Pinarello. Can’t recommend having a fit for your new bike too highly, Matt even put my cleats in the correct position on my shoes for total efficiency in pedalling.

Just collected my Pinarello. Matt and the team really do go the extra mile. I spent around 90 mins with Matt getting the bike fitted, nothing was too much trouble. They answered quickly on email around my queries on the bike spec, etc. Fantastic experience and great service. Thanks guys!

I specifically wanted to purchase a Pinarello for my birthday in early 2024, I looked at other suppliers but The Bicycle Lounge had the most appropriate Prince with Most carbon wheels in stock within my budget. Christmas holiday intervened but the team prepared my new bike ready for me to pick up from the shop just after & I am super happy with my purchase! I was apprehensive about where I could leave my car whilst I picked up the bike so imagine my delight there was a car park directly over the road from the shop. Many thanks to Matt, Sean & Howie for taking the time to explain the basics of Di2 & the offer of a free first service within the first 6 months of use, Most impressed with my first experience of The Bicycle Lounge.

Matt and his team went to great lengths to ensure that my new Pnarello Prince was assembled just as I wanted it. On collection Matt helped with the download of the Shimano app and explained it's functions and that of the Di2 groupset fitted to the bike.

I made an initial phone enquiry and was booked in to be measured up the same day. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and the process took approximately 1 hour. Within a week I was back again to be fitted for my new gravel bike. Matt was very thorough in making sure I was comfortable on the bike, making minor adjustments to the saddle and handle bar reach where necessary. Having never used clip in shoes before, I very grateful for the excellent advice he gave on what to expect from this set up. From start to finish the customer experience from Matt and his staff has been excellent. Outstanding service (as always). My Cervelo C3 developed a small vertical crack in the front fork by the disc brake housing. Despite the bike being 4 years old with significant mileage, Matt and TBL staff followed this up with Cervelo. The model is no longer manufactured, so instead of replacement forks (which I anticipated paying for) I was provided with a new frame set and fork for a Cervelo Caledonian (the equivalent model) free of charge. I was delighted and astonished by this level of customer service. I have bought 5 bikes from TBL over the last 25 years and this is absolutely characteristic of their after-sales service. I would not think of purchasing from anywhere else.

Ive just purchased my first premium road bike and I could not be happier. This is exactly how bike shops should sell bikes, great advice and expertise.

The was the first time I had ever had a proper bike fitting and everything was explained/demonstrated to me what and why this was all going on, making this such a personal experience.

I have just purchased my first proper road bike and I could not be happier. The professional advice and assistance given by Mathew was absolutely first class and made the entire experience a real pleasure.

The bike was set up exactly to fit me using their laser measuring technology. This along with Mathews many years of experience makes such an incredible difference to so many aspects of the ride and ownership .

This type of service is difficult to find these days and is certainly not found on the internet.

So if you are thinking of an investment in a quality bike, keep it local and go and have the full Bicycle Lounge experience from Mathew and the team - YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED.

After seeking guidance on some new handle bars for my bike was advised they would take a few weeks to arrive. After waiting a short time was advised by Rod (I think) they had arrived and duely booked my bike into the worksop for exchange. Faultless service by both Rod and the skilled mechanic and would highly recommend.

I was considering a road bike upgrade for maybe 2024 but after seeing the fantastic sale offers at The Bicycle Lounge I visited the store to check them out. Matt was so helpful from the first introduction and happy to start a fit process without any obligation to purchase. Reviewing other brands at my budget it was clear the Pinarello Prince was the one for me. Matt then spent nearly two hours completing the fit on collection. Could not fault TBL service from start to finish and would highly recommend them if you are seeking a bike upgrade.

Over the years I have bought four bikes from Matt and his team, plus lots of bits and bobs. I cannot speak highly enough of the advice and service they consistently provide, and the responsible way they guide you to a conclusion that actually saves you money. Five Star Service is rare these days in my opinion.

I purchased a new bike from The Bicycle Lounge and every part of the communications and service were first class. From the inital email contact to check if the bike I wanted was in stock, arrangement to reserve it whilst I sorted out cycle2work, making some changes to the specification, then when I went to collect, Matt came in on his day off to do a bike fit for me and set up the bike as needed. Just really a perfect experience. Try them!

I'm new to road cycling and just bought a new racing bike from The Bicycle Lounge. Matt, Howie and Sean were really helpful and friendly, and got me up and running with a perfect fitting bike.
