Needed an annual service. Phone up and due to cancellation they could come the next day. Turned up on time and did a great job. I wanted the boiler filling loop moved to a better location. They sent a quote that afternoon and fitted it the next day. Can't get better than that !

Called the service as I thought my boiler was going to need to be replaced. Someone came out the next day, immediately identified the problem with the boiler, ordered new sensors and they were fitted within a week. Would have been sooner but I was busy. Friendly, helpful service

Excellent service! Was struggling to find a gas engineer to look at an issue with my fire. Called this company yesterday and they found me a slot the very next morning. Ryan was prompt and friendly, and really helpful. All sorted quickly and painlessly.

Very good service from Paul and his team. A neat and tidy installation. On a tight time scale that included unexpected delay to the planned installation schedule Paul pulled out all the stops to keep my programme on track.

I used this company to service my boiler. I was very impressed with the service they provided. I arranged the service over the phone and I picked a day which suited me. The representative arrived on time, was very efficient and actually repaired a small leak that I had which was caused by a loose nut. After the man left I received the invoice via email with all the details I needed to pay using online banking. Overall I am really pleased with the full service and will definitely be using this company in the future. Highly recommend!

Andy and Ali attended my house to give me a price on charging my heating system due to the rocketing prices of electricity. After assessing my property and explaining the options, they advised that rather than upgrading my electric boiler or changing to an oil system, my best course of action would be to go for a wood burning fire and stay with my thermaflow electric system.
The thing is that these guys don't do this system. The reality is that these guys spent time explaining in an honest manner, the best way for me to save money, with no monetary gain to themselves.
If only our government were as transparent and honest as Andy and Ali, the country would be in a much better state!

I had a problem with combi boiler losing pressure. Not sure if it was an issue or just a service. Engineer arrived at home on time, worked efficiently and issue solved. It was a service needed so happy not 'conned' into something more expensive when not necessary.
Would happily recommend and will definitely have them service my boiler next year. All in all very good!

Pressure kept dropping on the boiler despite frequent top ups, the two men who came out were nothing but kind and helpful. Fully explained the problem, then fixed it. Couldn't fault them.

5 star service from Andy and the team. Chris was especially good he didnt stop the entire day, was polite and left no waste.

I got a really fast response to my late night email enquiry and an offer of a visit the next day.
The problem required a spare part but this arrived the next day and within four days of my initial enquiry, my boiler is fixed ready for winter.

Good price too - the service was worth every penny.
