I loved our building at 2 John Street, it is characterful, nicely furnished and the modern kitchens have coffee makers and boiling taps. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful with a positive attitude. I would describe the building as quirky, I personally like this but for those who want serious aircon this is not the place for you. However, if you need an office in a great location and want a low carbon footprint at a great price than you are getting an office in an attractive space with a inner courtyard and a good number of break out spaces for calls, as well as bookable meeting rooms. There's great Italian café and a relaxed Vietnamese restaurant right next door, as well as Leather Lane street food and the indie restaurants and pubs of Lamb's Conduit Street nearby. Recommended.

I had an internet issue the day before an important job interview. Luckily I reached out to the Boutique Meeting Room. The customer service was excellent: prompt response, bespoke arrangement and more importantly, the discounted offer made the price affordable. Staff was friendly and supportive. The clean and quiet space with stable and fast Wifi supported me to have a wonderful job interview experience. Thank you very much.

They treat staff like rubbish, would avoid! Very toxic working environment..

I do not normally go out of my way to leave reviews of any establishment, be they good or bad. However, during a random conversation with a member of staff, I decided to do so (I was not coerced into it in any way) as she mentioned about a bad review. I have been using BWC for some years now having run my own small business for many more. The nature of my work means that I move in & out of offices normally for three month periods. I like the people that run this place so much, that when I am close to leaving and they want to show the office to new tenants, it almost seems like a 'set up' when I praise how good they are to deal with. This is not a one off experience of getting in & being settled, I move out and every time I move back in I go through the process of signing a new contract. Normally this type of thing is hassle, but I am pleased to say that they make it very simple. My point of contact has always been Mark and he is pleasant, efficient & very straightforward to deal with. The admin staff presently of Tamara & Samantha immediately resolve any minor issues I have had through my frequent moves. In my opinion they are an excellent bunch of people/company to deal with and I hope to do so for many years to come.

Boutique helped us to accommodate Train Driver classroom training in Central London. The accommodation was excellent. Great space, great light, wonderful facilities and good Wi-Fi connection. The staff were exceptionally helpful, able to help with everything we asked of them from food and drink supply through to admin support! Without a doubt now our go to supplier for office and training space in the London area.

Worst customer service ever! Don't rent an office here. They literally lie to your face. They say anything to get you to sign the contract but once you do they send you a contract that states the opposite. We were told we could have 2 extra desks in our office at no cost, then after signing they said just 1 because of regulation, and then it could be 2 but paying for it. Also the renewals are automatically 10% higher or Consumer Pricing whatever is highest. They are dog friendly but they need to approve it and there is an extra cost. Kids aren't allowed. They can also relocate you to another office space even though you have hired a specific space, with specific views and characteristics. We are clients of Regus and WeWork in other geographies and The Boutique Place is the worst working space we have ever encountered.

We have been working the Carter Lane Boutique Workplace for nearly two years now. Its a great place to work every day the workplace managers cannot do enough for you and their customer service is spot on!

Our firm are tenants with Botique at 28 Queen Street, but were also prior tenants in an older building of theirs. They are super good to us and very communicative. Maria in particular is insanely helpful on a day-to-day management perspective of this property. There are things we could never have done (being a smaller firm) without her.

We have at the Queen Street Boutique for 10 months. A great place to work and a real pleasure to have Maria as an office manager. 👍👏

Great office spaces. We've just renewed with Boutique after checking out the competition at our renewal. They are good value, the office spaces are well equipped and maintained plus the staff are excellent. Certainly would recommend.

A wonderful office space both inside and out. A brilliant location with everything you could need on your door step. The team at Boutique are great to work with and have made our settling into the office a breeze. Our wonderful office manager Erika is always incredible, and we love how much time is put into to adding small extra touches to the communal spaces to bring the businesses together.

We have just secured 14 space office at Wimbledon Business Center! We are very pleased to have a recently refurbished and spacious office. All the staff and management including Kam and Terri were amazing! Needless to say that Kam regardless of being on a holiday made sure that we had a license received today so we are able to move in sooner rather than later! We are very thankful to all staff and management of the building and cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have been at the Watling St office since March and it’s excellent. The office is lovely, with a spacious breakout space, but also the culture across the office is great. This is driven in the most part by the staff, especially the building manager Neha. Neha works hard to create various social events for all the offices, and they’re always good fun. She’s also incredibly responsive if you have any issues in the building, and very attentive, making sure that move ins run smoothly, visitors are greeted, and everything works. She has great attention to detail which makes a huge difference.

Boutique do a great job and provide a super workplace for our team. Thanks to Samantha and Neha who are a great team at Watling Street and are always happy to provide whatever help we need.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new base for your company in the City.
