ich habe schon viele Breathwork Sessions mit Frank gemacht und freue mich jedes Mal aufs Neue! Es ist Wahnsinn, was Breathwork mit einem machen kann und wie klar man dadurch wird. Man merkt einfach, dass es Franks Passion ist. Danke, Frank! 🙏🏻

Gratitude ,Growth and Personal development - just a few key words to describe the few sessions I took with Fabio (The Breathwork Way ). Breathwork with Fabio has been a constant instrument in changing my life for better ever since I took the first session.

From external environment to internal shifts, i am grateful to have experienced a change in both over the last few months since we connected.

Navigating through life internally with the help of breath is so powerful- I would highly recommend being guided by Fabio - The Breathwork way for the insights, the uplifting positive energy and the most beautiful one on one sessions to everyone in Lisbon or visiting.

An extremely personal experience. I did a 1 on 1 session with Fabio in the woods. The setting, the adventure of getting out of the city, the depth of the session, Fabio's ability to meet me at the level I was at (A complete breathwork noob!) allowed me to get a taste of what breathwork can do for me.

The session brought up some very powerful stuff for me and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to buy a gift for someone who is very in their head and needing to touch themselves deeply.

I look forward to doing more of his recorded meditations and enjoy following his newsletter too.

Fabio is an excellent breath work facilitator. He has such a calming and gentle approach you truly feel in a safe space. Working with Fábio has been a beautiful journey of awareness and release. His ability to hold space and guide with such compassion made it easy to trust the process and go deep. I knew my body was holding on to energy, tension and the release during his sessions was enlightening and quite frankly, beautiful. I had several breathwork sessions with Fabio and they were fantastic.
The atmosphere, the voice, the way Fabio guides us makes the moment a true experience of inner knowledge and relaxation.
The truth is that, for the first time, I became aware of the burdens that come from my live, whether current or past situations, and the most amazing thing was that Fábio himself was able to perceive this and helped me to release these burdens. I loved Fábio's work: he is a therapist with in-depth knowledge, coupled with his humanism and desire to help people.

The variety of techniques and incorporation of movement, voice and sound into breathwork sessions make Fabio so unique. Breathwork has always meant Wim Hof to me, and other online videos, but Fabio helped me to unlock beyond to open a truly somatic healing experience.

I was able to feel the transformation of mind. With that comes a need to reintegrate and practice an ability to centre afterwards. Fabio is a great expert and guide to direct the breath.

Very grateful for my few concentrated days working with him in person.

My first breathwork session with Fabio was unforgettable. By the end, I felt like a baby - soft, calm, and completely safe. The way he guides the breath has rhythm and flow, lifting you up and grounding you down until you reach that sweet, magical spot - your very first breath 🐣

I’ve been recommending him to all my friends, because it’s rare to meet someone who works with so much care and presence.

I got to know Fabio in a group breathwork session, which I thought couldn't get as deep as other experiences I have made with breathwork over the last years.
But instead it was an incredibly powerful and touching class, in which his way of holding the space and seeing my individual process allowed me to dive deeper than in most of my past experiences.

I then decided to book a 1:1 session (together with my girlfriend) with Fabio and wow, what an eye opening experience. He guided us in a very gentle, yet clear and empowering manner and we both felt completely safe & seen during the whole time.

I can really recommend Fabio to everybody either more experienced in breathwork but also to everyone that is new to this topic.

I participated in a beautiful group breath work session that Fabio offered right when it was needed. His presence and calming voice enabled me to really relax into the session and leave any agitation and thoughts behind. I really did feel a shift internally and that one session really affirmed the power of breath as a tool to reset and regulate and has inspired me to work elements of this into my daily practice. Fabio is an excellent Breathwork guide and space holder. He creates the safety for you to go into a deep and transformative process. He combines sound, music and breathe, helping you connect with the body and step out the mind. I make a point of taking all of my friends and family that visit to see Fabio, each finding the experience profound and connecting to parts of them were struggling to surface, bringing insights and emotional release. Fabio has held me through tears, joy, love. I highly recommend working with him. X

I‘d say it was breath-taking but it was quite the opposite: breath-giving, amazing, beautiful. Fabio has a way of holding the space & guiding carefully that helped me to encounter myself deeply. It was the most beautiful breathwork-experience so far for me. Big recommendations & thanks again 🙏🏽
