Got myself a Ford kuga, stunning car, although the head gasket had gone and they tried to hide it with wonderweld,
When I told them it had gone they recovered the vehicle and wouldn’t tell me where there garage was, they never rang me back and they got quite rude with me on the phone, they told me the issue is the egr and that they had spent £800 odd on fixing it, when they brought it back to be the head gasket was gone still (obviously) no coolant engine oil going through the coolant, they refused to get it fixed even though we had the full 30 days warrently, thankfully they hadn’t put my car up that I part exchanged, they also paid me and my partner £20 to put a good review on trip advisor which I will be removing and replacing with a negative one, the stress we went through was horrendous and they had no remorse

Not only that the reviews on here are mainly from the guys that work there.
Please don’t shop here spend more time and find a decent dealer

Following on from this the car way have just rang me and threatened to take me to court for my 1* review and said then that they did fix the head gasket when they didn’t, absolutely diabolical service
