I viewed a Juke on the Saturday and was very happy with the condition of the car and the price very good. I bought the car that day and it waas dwlivwry to my home by Sam on the Sunday. Absolutely brilliant car and service. I can highly recommend S & J cars.

A visitor to the area, I called S and J Cars garage from Glangwili hospital car on Wednesday, very worried.
I had just picked up my 86 year old father who had been admitted by ambulance 6 days previously and needed to drive him home to Yorkshire. But as we began to exit the car park we both heard an alarming metallic clunking noise that sounded serious. (My cheap and totally unfit for purpose breakdown company refused to come out as the car was “driveable”.
Steve looked at my Skoda straight away, diagnosed a broken coil, and called to order the part. He fitted it first thing the next morning as soon as it was delivered, and we were on our way home a short time later.
My dad and I are so grateful to Steve for doing this repair for us, at a very stressful time. We are now home in Yorkshire, and would like to recommend the garage as exemplifying great service. Thank you.

Car was delivered with engine light on I said happy to accept stupidly as I was told it was a sensor issue and to get it fixed with local garage which was fine I arranged the garage and this car company paid for repair which was great.. few months on it happened again and again garage paid for rapair due to faulty sensor again.. had the car roughly a year and failed MOT due to badly worn ball joints and broken coil spring which is ridiculous as I’ve hardly used the car and drives it always carefully .. car has now also developed an issue shuddering in idle .. absolutely done with it and wish I never accepted the car .. so if you are thinking of buying a car from this garage think carefully and get a proper check done on your car mine was faulty from day 1 and it’s costing me a fortune… avoid this garage

Sam was amazing,kept me informed through out the process of buying our mazda mx5.all the mot work was carried out nothing left out.were really chuffed with our purchase the car was spotless. I'd give ten stars to these guys.fantastic experience

Had 2 vehicles from Scott and now on my third this time I was promised a service when it was due as it was a £60000 vehicle I have now had to pay myself I have not received a log book when rang dvla I was told it’s still in trade 7 months later and I’ve asked for my spare key which also I have not been given messaged multiple times regarding this and no reply. Previously I couldn’t fault the guys at Sj but Scott knows what I’m going through and still no effort to put this right don’t let this experience put u off as like I say my other 2 cars were flawless.

Purchased a car from here a few weeks ago.
Excellent customer service. No pushy sales techniques at all here. Just given the keys to look around as long as we wanted to. Test drive with Luke, my husband & I both drove the car. We chose the roads. No time limit. Luke answered any questions we had.
On picking up the car a few days after sale agreed,
it was in showroom condition inside & out. Came with a year’s MOT with all advisories fixed and garage bills to prove this.

The process I went through with the company could not have been smoother. Having had issues with a previous dealership Sam and Stuart could not have made it easier. The team are so friendly and helpful- I've been using them for 3 years. Took my car in because it was collecting water in the passenger well. They fixed it no charge after removing leaves and debris. Would have been an easy hit to charge me and they didn't. Legends.
