From first contact on 25th october 2025 to collecting my vehicle on the 31st the staff at the carzone were brilliant Lea was very professional and friendly throughout which made for a very smooth transaction she went above and beyond and even though she wasnt available on the day of collection she ensured everything was in place , Caitlin completed my collection and like Lea was brilliant sorted all the paper work for me including taxing the vehicle and cancelling the one on my PX excellent customer service throughout would highly recommend

Excellent service George and Lea were really helpful 1st class service, would definitely recommend to anyone in the area or miles away I traveled 400 odd miles to get my car from them and they made every mile worth it 😁 I took my 9 year old with me as well and they let him start there Lamborghini he was grinning like a Cheshire Cat the whole way home 5⭐️ from me as I’m one very happy customer

After buying a car here for my wife 3 months ago I came back to exchange mine.The staff here and the experience of buying a car from car zone is totally different than other car showrooms, there is no following you round and know hard sell Tatics.Leanne and Costa are the two who I have dealt with the most and both are very helpful Costa is a wizard with figures and Leanne was very knowledgeable about the different cars that would suit my needs.Nothing is to much trouble here from start to finish.

Found the staff very helpful and i was pleased with the car I purchased at a good price. As we were travelling some distance to view the vehicle, George did a thorough and honest video viewing of the car for me, showing all good and bad points, I was impressed with his honesty which encouraged me to travel the distance to see it.
Unfortunately there was a mechanical issue with the car on arriving and viewing it, which George immediately resolved for me with a new part purchased and fitted by Carzone all within an hour.
I was very impressed and happy with the helpful and honest service I received.

The car I bought was as described, Leanne, showed me around the by video call so show any blemishes and marks, before I bought it, as I had to travel 200 miles to collect it,
Leanne and the team were polite and friendly.
The focus st I bought had a few scuffs and marks, easy to polish out, it was a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

We have have purchased several cars from Carzone over several years, we have always had a great experience with them and they have always been a joy to deal with

I part exchanged a current PCP car through Carlos at Carzone, and the whole process could not have been easier 😃

The pricing was more than fair and after an honest video call I was fully aware what car I was buying and the condition it was in. What I found very useful is that the part exchange car price offered from Carzone is what they will give you , regardless . Almost EVERY other dealer will highball and then change their price on the day, but not Carzone .

We agreed everything through phone calls and emails, which Carlos was always reachable on. We set on a date for collection and the whole process went very smoothly. I dropped off my car and drove away in a lovely new one. I could not have been happier with how smooth it all was.

There were a few minor issues which occurred later on after the sale, such as the key becoming unprogammed to the car due to it being an older model than the car, and there was a part missing on the car (the part I was sent in the end was a slightly different paint colour to the car, but its so easily changed im not fussed). Ultimately I was more than aware that Carzone deals with individual cars which all have their differences, and any work that was noted from the MOT was dealt with swiftly before sale of the car.

In future I will absolutely be looking at carzone again, they were fantastic.

Bought a car from the Winsford branch this week. It was a very simple process and was well managed by George Dutton. He was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure that the car was in tip top condition prior to collection. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase the price was competitive and I got more than I expected for my trade in. I would definitely buy from there again. Thanks to Carlos as well who managed my initial enquiry even though I only got there 10 minutes before they closed, I wouldn’t have been so polite 🤗

Forget the negative nae sayers !!!
Recently bought for a second time off these guys. Darren and the team were very open, friendly, very communicative and didn’t conceal any issues. Minor issue after the collection was dealt with swiftly by Darren.
If you want dealership service then go to a dealership and pay their prices.

Within the last fortnight bought a vehicle from this company in Winsford. Initially straightforward , we part ex our car to buy it. Our car was completely blemish free on the bodywork. Picking the new vehicle up a week later after it had been MOT’D ( at my expense ) noticed significant grating noise from front near side on the drive home. Rang Carzone to report my concerns , fobbed off by an explanation that it had been washed twice , noise due to it being wet. Unfortunately the oil warning light was on all the time and we were advised by a mechanic not to drive it at all until it had been assessed. We had already filled the vehicle full in anticipation of using it for bank holiday trips , in the event the car sat on the driveway for five days unused. We decided to return the vehicle for refund and emailed Carzone over the weekend to tell them of our intentions. Arriving at 9am Tuesday 22 April 2025 I was told I should have phoned , then taken out for a brief test drive with Darren driving the vehicle. My concerns very much played down as minor even though he diagnosed the grating noise as bearings and told me he knew all the brake pads had been replaced . They haven’t been. I questioned the issuing of new MOT certificate with the warning lights , again this was played down by Darren. I reiterated I wanted a refund but he wouldn’t deal with me then and there , sent me home to wait for his phone call later in the day. Husband and I decided later on that we would like our part ex car back , and informed Darren of this. Wednesday morning 10am I drove again to Carzone to return the rejected vehicle for refund , and to pick up our car. Caitlin dealt with me , she was polite and pleasant , but no sign of Darren.
Having now read some of the existing negative reviews I wish I had been mindful enough to check before buying from these cowboys.
I suppose we’ve had a lucky escape judging by a couple of reviews , that we had the presence of mind to implement the law and reject the car as faulty on purchase. Carzone would have had me think otherwise , made me feel awkward and small when pointing out the existing faults to Darren. One review mentions he shouted at a customer , he stopped short of that with me , but had a very unpleasant edge to his demeanour.
George who sold me the car in the first place was very courteous but whether he was aware of the problems with the car , I do not know. As for the garage that issued the MOT that is being looked in to.
Overall I found the experience very uncomfortable and have walked away having lost a small amount of money which could have been a lot worse had I kept the car.

UPDATE .Car is back on website for sale , not fixed , another disaster waiting to happen. It’s obvious from this that they know exactly what they’re doing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID,
I bought a car from them in January (29th)
Drove back to Birmingham and parked up for a week or so to sought out insurance etc. started driving on 7th of Feb, exactly after 4 days every single light came up on dashboard phoned them to discuss straightaway they took atleast two days just to tell me to go and diagnose from a local garage and tell us so i did that garage told that probably fault was pre existed it was just removed for the time being they told me the hybrid batter Is gone so i spoke to them regarding the issue they said we will look into it and get back to you, they knew what they was doing as they quiet good at fooling people because they took too long knowing that car was in constant use, I kept calling them and they kept transferring me from one person to another so the mileage keep going up, finally after a whole month on 3rd ot march they emailed me that only option we have is to buy the car back from you and there is gonna be a deduction of 45p every mile you drove so it worked out that they will atleast take of approximately £1000 of what i paid initially and won’t pay £800 for repairs. And delay was completely from their side as the problem was reported to them within 5 days and couple of hundred miles of driving. That’s how they play because most of the people buy the cars leave at drives for long and they get away with it, So only buy the car from them if you plenty of money and time to waste because they told me to drive the car back all the way to cheshire leave it there and we don’t know how long we will take to have a look and decide.

Caitlin provided very friendly and an honest service. There was no push to buy the car and Caitlin was very informative also explaining items that would be addressed if we purchased the vehicle ie tyres & issue with brakes etc. All of theses issues were completed as agreed before we collected the vehicle. Excellent service. Thanks

We bought a car from the Doncaster branch and we dealt with George who really worked for his money that day lol. We had an issue with the finance company but with George's persistence the problem was resolved within minutes before closing time! It was stressful at the time because we had taken train from London to Doncaster and to travel all that way and to go back with nothing would have been a waste of time. I would recommend to sort finance agreements first before going there as it saves time. From London to Doncaster was straight forward by train and only a 5 minute walk from the station to the branch. Overall it was a great experience and so far we have had no problems with our car. We would definitely buy from them again.

A great range of stock, fantastic staff and customer services. Friendly atmosphere, I bought a Skoda from CarZone last week and the experience was excellent.
