Purchased a car, I was unable to test drove as on the day there was only 1 member of staff present. Was reassured that the car has warranty so any issues will be resolved. On the way home the oil level light came up and a coolant hose split costing me £200 for a part and £60 in coolant. I was told they would refund the coasts to myself. They never did. Car sat idle for 8 days until the part arrived, this was installed and car was used, within days the rear brakes needed replacing as they were metal on metal, the windscreen washer pump didn't work, the car had an MOT days before I picked it up highlighting it clearly had a dodgy MOT. This was more apparent as time went on. I asked for a refund as the list of issues grew daily. The garage offered to resolve the issues which I reluctantly agreed to. I returned the car at large expense that again I was I would be reimbursed and never was. The car was there for 6 weeks and only one of the many issues was fixed, I was told the issues were fixed or didn't exist. It's taken several months and over £2500 in repairs and the car still has issues. I was misled, lied to and deceived, made promises that were not honoured and now have a car that needs the engine to be removed to repair the remaining oil leaks I was told were not there.

Contacted the Doncaster branch after i had seen a car. I spoke to Adam who couldn't have been any nicer, knowing i was traveling from Scotland he put a fresh mot on the car for my peace of mind. When i arrive no pressure sales push, was given the key and left to check the vehichle without a pushy salesperson looking over my shoulder. Adam then sorted out all the paperwork online for me, registering the car into my name and sorting the road tax without me even having to go online. I think it was the easiest i have ever purchased a car.

I came here to buy a new car and the experience from start to finish was nothing short of phenomenal. Everything about the car I selected - a Seat Leon FR, was made transparent to me, any questions I had were always answered swiftly and I was constantly updated with how the progress of my car was going.

Lea who I was dealing with was an absolute delight, accompanying me on the test drive and again answering any questions I had about the car and it's history, she even oversaw the procurement of replacement parts for my car including a new tyre and parcel shelf, she really did go above and beyond on the customer service.

Picking the car up a week later was also a smooth transaction, Carlos helped me through the process of part exchanging my car for the Leon and setting up all the other legal bits.

In short I would absolutely recommend Repossessions UK, I am extremely happy with my car, the people, the service and would gladly return here again.

I had a fantastic experience with Repossessions UK in Doncaster recently. The vehicle I bought was exactly as described and great value. I received a very fair price for the vehicle I part-exchanged, and the service from George Dutton and his team was exceptional. Very professional, thorough and friendly. 5 Stars!

As advertised with this company- car sold as seen, that basically means whatever condition they buy it in they will resell as it is, not even a quick wash but they will make sure it’s road worthy and essential oils and liquids topped up. They won’t push for sale but at same time won’t tell you the issues the car comes with. So if you do buy from them just make sure you do all checks from top to bottom on the car. Personally I won’t use them again! just pay that little extra with a proper dealer, the car price this company sell at is not a massive discounted price so you really are better off at dealership. I be surprised if this place is still operating in 10yrs time.

Buying my new car was easy at repossessions . No pushy sales team trying to talk you into it . I was simply pointed towards the showroom and told 'if you need any help just ask ' . Carlos was a great help. He took me for a test drive and in a hour I was transferring the contents of my car to the new one. He even helped sort out the insurance for me . All in all a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

Picked up a Ford transit on the weekend. Thus far van is driving perfectly with no issues. Dealt with 3 different associates throughout the week, all very helpful and professional. Will definitely be working with them again. Thankyou.
