I have coached young players for over 30 years (all ages) - trying to turn Saturdays errors into a plan for development, and breaking it down to simple exercises can be challenging.
What I like about TCM is they show you 3 ways what to do:
Written description,
Animated diagram, and
live videoed session using real players

The best part of that is sometimes you can see the 8-10 yr olds goofing off while the coach explains the drill. Just like in real life for me - it’s also taught me patience at training.

I now use 1-2 activities each week at training - being careful to repeat them for 2-3 weeks in a row to cement the learnings.

There is always something new to learn as a coach - no matter how long you’ve been in the game.
Can’t recommend it highly enough.

One stop shop for all things coaching. I've coached range of age's and capabilities and this had something for everyone. I love the info graphics I can share with the players or parents.
The ability to build sessions, plan them and share them is excellent.

I found this site after wanting to upskill as a coach. I've found it as an invaluable resource. With the videos, written explanations and animations I find I always have multiple ways to explain to my players what we are trying to achieve.

I have found my drills on the grass are working better, and if I am struggling to implement something, the ability to draw on the video resources as a backup has been really good for my players.

I have been with TCM for the past few years and it inspires me to be a better coach. I have not added or shared the TCM with my players, However, The articles and session examples are often offering a new perspective and creative ideas that I as a coach welcome in order to continue growing as a coach and then in turn, continue to develop players.

Excellent resource for all coaches - extremely useful for new coaches development and a great resource for individual practices, to session plans and season plans.

TCM is definitely one of the best resources for soccer coaches of any age group. It provides you with tons of information, drills, and videos that will help you develop your players into well rounded soccer players. I particularly love that it even provides you with not just session plans but whole Season Plans.

The Coaching Manual is an excellent resource for me as a coach. I particularly appreciate the tidbits of information they send out every week. Their customer service is also top notch. I had trouble logging in and accessing information at one point, and they were quick and helpful with their response.

I started using this site when I first started coaching, severeral years into my coaching journey and this is still my go to place for planning my sessions

Excellent content. Love the masterclasses,having access to watch a professional league coach in action is great. The level of detail and the way they deliver the sessions is a great learning tool.

Pre loaded sessions are great and the ability to preload a season plan is a really neat tool to use. Though I'm really greatful for the planning tool to build your own sessions been a life saver for my UEFA C Session planning.

The website is easy to navigate and has many ways to filter for what you are searching. The content and drills are explained very well with good diagrams or video. I have used TCM to build my Club and Team’s practices over the last two seasons!
